Horrible...While Emery's did build the bike as hired to do when the bike arrived after shipment the frame was cracked. The bike shop on the other end hired to re-assemble the bike noted the reason for the damage was poor packing. Essentially, all Emery did is wrap a few parts with some foam wrap and shoved it in the box it originally came in. A claim was filed with UPS and UPS came out to inspect and also denied due to poor packing. Emery's was notified of this to try and come to a solution since he was paid to package a bike and all other parties involved said the reason for damage was poor packing of the bike. Emery's response to this was that he packaged it fine and we should've bought insurance from the shipper. When asked if he would take back the damaged product he said no. No returns on damaged product.

I have been biking for decades and have gone to lots of bike shops. Emery's Bicycle & Super Fitness is by far the best bike shop i have worked with. I stopped by the Menomonee Falls store (Emery's has two stores) and Ben was extremely helpful explaining options, the pros and cons of electric bikes and various models. A week later I came with my wife. Anna worked with us and helped each of us select the models that would meet our needs. Never once did either try to up sell us or hurry us along. In fact they spent all the time we needed to make decisions about the bikes and some accessories. I am also very impressed with the service they provide. Each of us received a fitting and made numerous adjustments to get the right fit. After a few rides, my bike needed adjusting. They happily adjusted everything I asked about. Emery's offers a free two year service guarantee. I like a bike that works with precision - shifting, braking, etc. I am confident they will provide us with adjustments as we need them. Lastly, Ben and Anna (and the bike mechanics) are all knowledgeable, friendly, and fun! They adjust their approach to match your knowledge and interest always respecting you. I highly recommend Emery's and will be shopping there for years to come.

Great experience. They didn't try to oversell to me, they listened to what I was looking for, made suggestions, explained the differences between the models in detail, and when I decided on the less expensive model, they told me pluses of that particular model, rather than trying to convince me to buy the more expensive model. They took a lot of time to carefully fit me to ensure that I bought the right size frame and wheel size, and they took a lot of time going through the speeds (I was going from an old 12 speed road bike to a 21 speed hybrid) and shifting and making sure that I was comfortable with every feature on the bike. After all of this, I put a deposit on the bike, and they made it clear that if I change my mind, it was no problem to get my deposit back. Their prices were amazingly reasonable. I bought a Trek bike for the same price as the comparable Giant would have cost elsewhere, and Giant is normally the cheaper brand. Great warranty and service; they really stand behind their bikes and service. Excellent experience; I would recommend Emery's to anyone looking to buy a bike.

Treadmill was delivered on time, but was damaged on arrival. Delivery company also damaged our newly refinished front door. Worked with Ben at Emery's to get treadmill problems corrected and address damage to front door. Ben was always courteous and professional, and never denied that the treadmill would be fixed, but I had to ride him over and over to get the actions DONE. Lots of excuses about not getting the parts, etc. Lots of miscommunication with the factory. After 1 month, treadmill was fixed. Still working on door damage issue. Not too hopeful of a resolution here. We've bought lots of equipment from Emery's and have never had a problem before. We will probably still work with them, but will be cautious.

The sales people were a bit difficult to get a hold of b/c they were so busy. Once we did, the salesperson was not too knowledgeable about the products. He specifically told us a heart rate monitor was included with the bike, when it was not. The installers who installed the bike put the seat on wrong and did something weird with the pedals, so now it makes a noise when you pedal.

We were pleased with their recommendations about what to do to tune up the bicycle for a race. They were prompt and finished the bike in a short time span.

BRENT WAS VERY HELPFUL; HE STOPPED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND SWITCHED MY SEAT IMMEDIATELY WITH A NEW ONE. THEN HE PUT MY BIKE ON A STATIONARY RIDING PLATFORM AND HAD ME PEDAL THE BIKE SO THAT HE COULD MAKE SURE IT WAS ADJUSTED TO THE RIGHT HEIGHT. I TOLD HIM THAT I HAD TROUBLE SHIFTING LEVERS ON THE HANDLE BAR, SO HE TILTED MY HANDLEBARS UP AND MORE TOWARD ME AND REPOSITIONED THE GEARSHIFT LEVERS ON THE LEFT SIDE SO THAT I AM ABLE TO ADJUST THEM MUCH EASIER. HE OFFERED TO DO ALL THIS WITHOUT MY ASKING AND ALL I DID WAS PURCHASE A NEW SEAT. HE WAS VERY CONCERNED THAT I WAS ABLE TO RIDE COMFORTABLY AND HE OFFERED TO SWITCH THE SEAT I BOUGHT FOR AN EVEN SOFTER ONE IF I DID NOT LIKE IT.
