EMERGENCY TV SERVICE

They have done work for me and my family in the past and it turned out ok but this year was different. I brought my tv in for service paid the 25.00 service fee and decided not to proceed with the service until after black Friday events. I referred a family member to them and she used their services and was pleased instead of encouraging her to just purchase another tv. Later I text him about any holiday deals he may have to offer and after saying yeah I can offer you something, he then did a 180 and after discussing how much the part was (200.00), the labor would raise the repair price to 300.00 so I asked can you just do a holiday deal of half the labor since I'm a long standing paying customer? He then offered to find a less priced lamp or substitute that would be a better budget for me but I didn't understand why not just show your appreciation for your customers, we are the reason you eat everyday, then he decided to not reply and not service me so I will tell the rest of the family to no longer use their business. I will also tell my FB family to no longer use their services, I will tell my church family to no longer use their services. They couldn't provide a one time offer for the community that supports them on a DAILY BASIS. WE WILL TAKE OUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Greet ! They came out and assessed the problem. Took the tv back to their shop , brought it back the next day fixed !

I brought the TV in on a Saturday. They said they would contact me Monday with an estimate. I did not hear from them, and I called Wednesday. After being on hold and transferred to three different people, I was told it would cost $68 to fix. I approved and they said they would call me when finished. I had not heard anything for about 10 days when I finally called them. In the process of fixing what they thought was the original problem, they discovered a new problem and said the TV could not be saved.

Very well, they came out to the car and carried the TV in, did the same when I picked it up. Quick & quality service.

I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE PICTURE AND SOUND DISTORTION. THEY CAME AND TOOK THE TV FROM MY HOME FOR THE REPAIR. THEY ASKED FOR A CASH DEPOSIT UP FRONT WHEN THEY CAME, WHICH I DIDNT EXPECT, AND THEN THEY CHARGED A RATE FOR DELIVERY WHICH HAD ALSO NOT BEEN MENTIONED. IT WAS A SERIES OF HORRIBLE AND UNFORTUNATE EVENTS, AND THEY WERE UNPLEASANT TO DEAL WITH THE WHOLE WAY THROUGH, FROM START TO FINISH. MY TV STILL IS NOT REPAIRED.
