I didn't use them because the timing didn't work out; it was nothing against them. I was doing some kitchen work and the date was moved up for putting in the countertops and he was already booked. I had to get somebody else to do the work. It was more a timing conflict. He was on time and I had no complaints all the way through.

I wanted ceramic and glass tile accent put up above a single shower surround unit. I called Tom in the morning to come and give an estimate and he came mid-afternoon the same day. He quoted a price range which I felt was reasonable and was able to do the job the next morning. He arrived on time around 9:15am ready to work. Brought in his equipment and started to work. Four hours later the job was done and I was very pleased with his work. He is very professional, knows what he is doing as he has done this for many years, and is very friendly. This was a small job and he was very happy to take it on, as other tilers I called were not interested in such a small job. He finished in the estimated time within the estimated quote, did a great job and cleaned up after himself very well. You would never have know he was there except for the beautiful tile job he left behind!
