Description of Work: Removed remaining items from house and garage after a move, including a piano. They are timely, efficient, and professional. I have used them before and would certainly recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Bought an Angie's List prepaid "deal". Upon arriving the deal was explained to be 1 hour with 2 guys, not 2 hours as advertised and purchased. Misleading. Paid them for an extra hour to get our front and back concrete cleaned. Bummer. I questioned the head guy to no avail.

Description of Work: It was the second company Angie's list recommended to me. The first company TJ's Hauling didn't bother to show up or call. When finally reached they said another client with the same first name had cancelled and since they don't use last names, they thought it was me. |Efficient a Moving showed up a day early, with no info from Angie's list, so initially wanted me to pay them. I called Angies's list to get the work order number. I had to do all of this myself. Not sure what Angie's list doe So?

Description of Work: They did the work but gave me only 20 minutes of time and brought only a small trailer for my old furniture. I had more to get rid of, but it would not fit. I probably should have told them to bring a larger trailer, but I thought they would on their own.

Description of Work: First they were difficult to communicate with on the phone. They said they'd call back. They didn't. I called again. They said that my vouchers said in the fine print that the service was for commercial only but they would come out on Thursday anyway and work something out. When they showed up I showed them the voucher which clearly says for residential or commercial service. They said they would take my small load for $400. I refused. They said that the door frames that were in the pile would cost extra. I asked if they would take everything but the door frames for the $125 I already paid. They said I would still have to pay more because they "drove a long way." I refused to pay more than what I already paid. They left.

Description of Work: There never seemed to be a good time for them to come last fall. Hopefully I can contact this company and have work done this year. Can't reach them as of August. Money down the drain !

Description of Work: I bought a coupon off of Angie's List. They have been very prompt in scheduling it. We have a day picked out, just waiting for the time... but so far, so good. They seem very nice on the phone and had no problem coming to Cedarburg which many providers seem to have issues with.

Description of Work: We inherited a home that was literally filled with trash, old appliances, furniture, etc. Richard met us at the house and gave us an estimate to remove and haul away everything from the living area, basement and garage and sweep all the floors afterward. He was very friendly and respectful to us and explained everything that would be done in detail. The project took 4 plus days to complete and we checked in each day to see the progress. We were also able to remove things that we wanted to keep. During the whole process, Richard and his crew were so helpful and accommodating--they worked hard and always wanted to be sure we were pleased with their work--and we were. We would definitely recommend Efficient Moving and Cleaning--especially to anyone who is faced with this kind of overwhelming clean-up of a property.

Description of Work: We purchased the Big Deal. Two workers arrived on time. They were pleasant, and polite. They removed all items from the garage,They used a blower and vacuum to remove dust from the garage interior. I purchased additional power washing for the garage floor. They brought all items back into the garage. All work was completed within 1.5 hours.

Description of Work: Blew cobwebs and leaves out of garage and organized a bit. They did a good job, they made sure they cleaned the ceiling that was obscured by the garage door while it was open. I had thought they were going to wash the floor or walls because their ad speaks of the use of safe cleaning products.

Description of Work: WANTED TO HIRE THEM TO CLEAN OUT DEBRIS AND OLD WINDOWS STORED IN ATTIC. WHEN MY ORIGINAL ROOF WAS TORN-OFF, MUCH OF THE ORIGINAL SHAKE SHINGLE MATERIAL FELL INTO MY ATTIC, ALL OVER THE FLOORING AS WELL AS THE EXPOSED FIBERGLASS INSULATION BATTING. THE FIRST TIME I CALLED EFFICIENT CLEANING FOR A BID WAS MONTHS AGO. THE OWNER VERY NICELY CAME OUT AT A MOMENTS NOTICE. A SMOOTH-TALKER, HE ASSURED ME THAT I WOULD BE PLEASED WITH THE RESULT. (I HAD HIM ALSO LOOK AT THE GARAGE AND BASEMENT TO CLEAN). A MONTH LATER, I CALLED EFFICIENT CLEANING AGAIN TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT THE JOB, SINCE THE ROOF WAS DONE, AND THE SIZE OF THE JOB WAS BETTER DEFINED. THE OWNER CAME OUT A SECOND TIME AS ARRANGED, AND THE FIGURE OF $500.00 WAS ESTIMATED TO CLEAN THE ATTIC AND CARRY DOWN TO THE GARAGE THE OLD WINDOWS STORED UP THERE. HIS PARTING SHOT WAS, "OR WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU WOULD BE WILLING TO PAY TO HAVE THIS JOB DONE?" I DIDNT OFFER ANY ESTIMATE OF MY OWN.
