+ -1 moreThey are just extremely helpful. I think I need to be an educator or in an educator family to avail their services. I just refinanced my mortgage. It turned very, very well. They saved a lot of money in the process. I had to do very little and they really handled everything pretty much independently. I had to sign some papers and they made it very easy for me. They took care of things.
Description of Work: I used Educators Credit Union for mortgage service. They refinanced my major mortgage and gave me home equity loans. They then converted all of them from higher interest loans to lower interest loans.
