Eduardo's Tree Svc

They were very efficient. They worked quite quickly. They did a little landscaping. They did fix that with quite satisfaction. I made a couple of referrals if they need any tree service work done. There were done in stages. The came back later for the stump ground work. Initial was three workers. There were two for the stump grinding work. They did it quite well.

The service bought was for 4 hours of work for a fixed price. Not knowing how long it takes to do work, I showed Eduardo and his team the (4) dead trees I needed removed, at minimum. If there was time left, there was more work that could be done. Eduardo said that he could do the (4) trees and I agreed that this was the scope of work. As it turned out, they had extra time left in the 4 hours (and even spent some time un-jamming the chipper), but because we had verbally agreed to the scope (again...how would I know how long it takes to remove the trees?), they started cleaning up for job completion. I wish that they had offered to do more work to finish the 4 hours. They did very good work...I just wish they had been more compliant and accommodating to the 4 hour deal.

Eduardo and team were able to fit us in earlier than expected. Did a great job. Cleanup was terrific, and they took care of grinding down an old stump while they were here. Very satisfied.

It went very well from start to finish. They were easy to communicate with, came when they said they would and did a great job for a fair price.

Eduardo was the only person willing to touch this tree due to access issues. I literally had other tree companies tell me to let the limb fall and deal with the aftermath. Multiple companies told me they would have to rent a crane to remove the tree. Eduardo climbed the tree, his crew cleared the wood and it was done quickly!!! WE energies said there was no way this tree was coming down in one day and they were shocked when we called to have the power turned back on! Not only did he make this job his immediate priority once he realized how precarious the situation was. He even came over the night before and assisted in roping the limb together and making sure if it broke off, our neighbors house would be spared. I cannot rave enough about this experience. It was terrifying and completely out of control and Eduardo handled it like the pro he is. Oh and we were quoted $10,000 from other companies for this job. He did it under $5,000

Eduardo and crew were great! They arrived early, did an amazing job on the tree, and they did great on the clean up! We will be using them again for an Ash tree that needs to get removed.

Went very well. Eduardo was very prompt and flexible for both the initial inspection/quote and when he returned to do the work. I wasted a week or so waiting on other companies just to come and give an estimate.

It went very well! Eduardo got me an estimate the same day that I called asking for one. His numbers were the best! I have priced this service twice in the past 6 months and his were the most competitive. He and his crew made quick work of the job. They even chipped a few extra branches (from another project) that my husband and I had not gotten around to chopping up. Very well the employees were very hard working and punctual. Such hard workers that I tipped them. I was hoping they did landscaping also and was disappointed to hear that they didn't. I believe that word of mouth is the best advertising and I would"t hesitate to refer.

Eduardo came during the day, removed the tree and stump. I wasn't present a the time, but was satisfied with the work when I got the chance to review. He came when he said when he was going to come and did a thorough job. I would be happy to use his services again.

It went GREAT! They were right on time and very efficient from start to finish. I was impressed with all the different skills they used to get these large difficult on the ground. They had to work in a tight area between my neighbor's house and mine. He could have backed his bucket truck in over my landscaping like all the other quotes I received intended to do. Instead he very systematically and skillfully used a series of ropes to lay the tree down without ruining my yard.

Great! Eduardo came out two days ahead of the scheduled service to walk the property with me and make sure he had the right equipment. He and his two co-workers did a great job, were very professional, and made sure I was happy with the job they did before leaving. The cleaned up all the trimmings and hauled them away.

Fantastic from estimate to completion. Eduardo knows his business exceptionally well, executes his business well, and is just an all around nice guy to work with. Couldn't have gone better. I emailed requesting a quote early in the morning and within a few hours, Eduardo had already stopped at my house and taken a look. I've used other companies in the past, but this was my first experience with Eduardo's and decided to give them a try because the quote was much better than the others. They were willing to do the work immediately, but I pushed it out a few days so the private parking lot next door could be cleared out. They cut the stumps nice & low, cleaned up nicely and finished the job quickly. Will definitely hire again.

Eduardo contacted us within a couple of hours of receiving our e-mail, and came out to the house the same day to see what we wanted done and provide a quote. That was very helpful in that one large branch of our big tree had come down quite close to our neighbor's house. Eduardo said that he would probably be able to fit us in the next day (Friday) or Saturday. Eduardo called Friday AM to verify that we would be home, and to let us know the crew was on their way. They worked approximately 3-3 1/2 hours, and had all of the trees downed and stumps ground. A worker notified us that they were going to be leaving for lunch, and that someone had forgotten a trimmer, but that they would be back. He was somewhat hard to understand, because he also mentioned something about the airport--which is nowhere near us. As it turned out, no one came back that afternoon. However, Eduardo contacted us late Saturday AM, and he came out to the house and finished filling holes where stumps had been ground down, trimmed one shrub, moved some wood to the back yard, and took care of general cleanup. Overall we were extremely pleased with the work that was done. The communication on whether the crew was coming back Friday afternoon vs. Saturday could have been better, but overall the work was completed on a timely basis as originally stated (Friday or Saturday). Would definitely use his services again.
