 + -1 moreThe problem is an ancient freight elevator that is very difficult to use. They do not provide an elevator operator, so you have to stick your hands into the open elevator shaft and pull on a rope to call up the elevator. Seems very dangerous and I am not sure how it passes code.
Description of Work: East Bank Storage on Prospect has clean spaces for reasonable rentals.

 + -1 moreThis East Bank Location had units that were larger and cost effective, which is what we were looking for. The staff has been friendly, chatty, and extremely helpful. They were able to quickly get us in for a tour of the facilities, demonstrated how to use the elevator, and overall have been very accommodating. I think it is important that people know that there is a large truck dock, car dock, and plenty of parking in the main lot as well. It is a very efficient storage facility.
Description of Work: We are storing some things from our most recent move in a 14 x 13 storage unit with East Bank Storage.
