The salesman came, gave us his pitch, and after listening to four others we chose Eagle. Dave was very professional with his presentation and everything was delivered the way he said it would be. They showed up with two trucks and 5 workers and except for being a little later than promised, went right to work. The fellas worked hard and did everything we asked them to do. That included going back to the old house to switch out some appliances. It was an all daylong job but they were very amiable and friendly to work with. They obviously were a crew that worked together a lot because of the reportare they had between them. They actually made what could have been stressful quite the opposite.

They are efficient. They individuals were accommodating. The pricing was a little competitive. They were available.

I thought the move went well until I discovered my king mattress was ripped along the side that was dragged bottom down.I showed it to the movers as it was delivered. In addition, my electric bidet toilet was broken due to improper handling and packing. I have contacted the company and spoke to the owners Dave and Jim Brittain. After explaining that I had damage and wanted someone to come to inspect, repair or replace the items, Jim told me by e mail that he no longer was involved in the family moving business. I spoke to his brother Dave who told me he was in charge of claims and he said he would investigate, however, several weeks have passed and no one has responded. Dave is always unavailable to answer my phone calls and has not returned the five messages I have left explaining the complaint I have. When Jim Brittain and I arranged for the move, I was under the impression I had insurance coverage in case of anything damage. Apparently this isn't the case and Eagle Movers refuses to acknowledge any liability. I have ordered a new bidet which cost $599.00 and have a ripped, dirty mattress which needs to be repaired or replaced. I would recommend not to use Eagle Movers if you want to trust that your personal belongings are safe. It is unfortunate that anything got damaged, however the worst thing is when you find out you have been taken and have no recourse.

The 3 guys were great. They came the first day and packed everything up and were very careful in wrapping the fragile items. They took special care with our paintings and artwork. The following day the same crew came back and loaded up the truck. We were living in a two bedroom condo and we had some narrow spaces to work with. They did a great job and didn't damage the furniture or the walls! The crew had to make two stops, the first was to the new apartment where only some of the boxes and furniture were to be delivered. They marked all the boxes and got it right! After the apartment drop-off they had to take the rest of the items to a storage locker. At the storage locker they not only delivered everything, but organized all the items so they would fit and so that we could still get to all of the boxes. It was very organized. Then at the end they beat their estimated cost by over $600. Needless to say they got a big tip!

They were wonderful. The move was extremely fast they put everything where we wanted them to. They were very polite, friendly and cheerful and helped me with packing. They even gave us a senior discount-I was amazed.

The three men worked hard and were very professional. There was some trouble with the treadmill, but they were able to get it folded and moved. We were moving into a brand new house that was just painted, so it was a little nerve wracking watching them move things in, but there were no instances of walls scratched or items. The one negative comment I would make is when they removed the door to one of the rooms to move in a desk. I had no idea what they were doing, but I heard and quot;bang, bang, bangand quot;, which was not very comforting. Nothing was broke, everything was put back in order, but it would have been nice to have a 'head's up' of what they were doing. After I wrote this review I realized the movers scratched some of our furniture. They also took the electrical apart on my treadmill, which requires me to hire someone to fix it. Very disappointed.

Nothing ever gets broken, they are very careful, kind and accommodating. They are great local movers and are very affordable.

Do: For a household of any size, ask for a representative to walk through the house before submitting an estimate.

Quoting and contracting was extremely professional. I have had poor experiences with other movers, but Eagle provided efficient service at a competitive price. Would definitely use them again.

They are two individuals who do the work and they are very honest and very professional. Their price was reasonable and comparable to other cleaning services. I had them do a rental and they cleaned the kitchen seven times before they got down to the original linoleum. They are very thorough and don't just do a surface clean.
