Description of Work: They repaired the pulling apparatus of my vertical blinds. They did a great job and saved me money. I was very pleased. The reason I did not give them an overall A is that the serviceman promised to send me a little plastic handle that goes on the end of the chain. It was for a different set of blinds in a bedroom. He never did it. I was disappointed.

Description of Work: The drapes were taken down and taken to be cleaned. When they were done with cleaning they were returned and put back up. Great care was taken to hang them correctly and make sure they draped properly. I would, and have, used them again.

Description of Work: Repaired the the draw rod brackets of my vertical blinds and adjusted. The bracket was moved by them 5 months ago consequently they did not charge. They previously replaced the blind van's hooks, which had to be special order. All work was done in a very efficient manner and reasonable cost.

THEY ALSO GOT THE DRAPERY HARDWARE UP TO SNUFF, CAME TO THE HOUSE TO REMOVE THE DRAPES AND PICK THEM UP FOR CLEANING; AND IN A WEEK'S TIME THEY RETURNED THEM AND METICULOUSLY REHUNG THEM. THERE WERE A LOT OF PLEATS, AND ALSO SOME SHEARS UNDERNEATH. AN EMPLOYEE, NEIL, IMPRESSED US WITH HIS THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE (A-TO-Z) OF DRAPERIES.
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED A HOME WHICH HAD VERY OLD (25 YEARS OR SO) AND VERY POORLY MAINTAINED (DIRTY, STAINS FROM THREE KIDS UNDER THE AGE OF 5 AND A DOG) DRAPES. THE DRAPES ALSO HAD SOME SMALL TEARS.
