Very well. The salesman laied out the options for furnace replacement. Gave a competitive bid. The installation went well. I have been very satisfied with the performance of the furnace.

Donovan & Jorgenson completed a major residential project for me by replacing an eighty year old gravity air “octopus” furnace with a new HVAC system. This project included replacing the old supply and return ducts with new duct work as well as installing additional supply and return ducts to the second floor. D&J sales rep Joe Zettel patiently walked me through the ins-and-outs of the specs and install that was appropriate for my bungalow. Equally important Joe coordinated seamlessly the additional contractors for the job including a plumbing service for the relocation of the water heater as well as the asbestos abatement company and the furnace tearout crew who all were prompt, diligent and made point of cleaning up after their work. The D&J installers themselves, Joe and Brandon, could not have been more professional, responsive and considerate during the four day install process. Ultimately I now have a HVAC system that is efficient and tailored to my specific house. I am very satisfied with my new system and the service I received from D&J and highly recommend them.

What stands out to me the most is their professionalism. They call back, they had a cancelation and I had scheduled a different date; they called me and said, “we could do it today because somebody else had canceled, would that be okay?” I said, “sure.” Then they came within the time they told me they were going to come.

I called on a hot Monday morning, after a very hot weekend, so I knew the office would be busy fielding calls. I left a message and Kelly returned my call promptly. She was able to schedule a salesperson to come out the next afternoon. Paul arrived and assessed the house, and then he gave me the pros and cons of both a ductless and a flexible duct system. I decided to go with a ductless system and Paul did an initial install diagram. I have a two-story, 3000 sq ft, brick home which was going to require 7 internal units and Paul took the extra step to come back with Jim, a Daikin rep, to confirm the install configuration. I felt very confident in their plan - and that they had expert installers to do the install properly. Paul got a quote back to me within a few days and I choose them over two other companies. The install was scheduled to take 5 days in July. Joe, Nate, and Steve arrived Monday morning and got to work. They were very professional and took exceptional care to keep the areas they were working in clean. As part of the install, they had to move some loose insulation around to access areas in a knee-wall - and even with that clingy mess, I never saw insulation outside of the knee-wall. They kept me in the loop and made sure I understood where they were installing the units - and why they were in certain places. Paul came back the first morning - and periodically throughout the week to check in. The electricians, Tony and Skyler, came on Thursday, and the job was done one day early! A special note to dog owners - every member of the team was exceptionally kind to my dog who took an active interest in the proceedings throughout the week! I can highly recommend Donovan & Jorgeson and would not hesitate to use them again.

I thought it was kind of ridiculous because it was 2 minutes and he charged me $70. As far as the work and everything they've been excellent but he walked down the basement stairs and turned it on and walked out. I called and told them something was wrong and they suggested they send someone out.

They were excellent. I would definitely use them again. They do very excellent work. They are very dependable. The girl across the street has gotten them now too. It took them two days to complete the service. The timing was excellent to do all of the work they did. My maintenance man told me about them.

They do tune ups and everything. They were great. They did everything in a timely manner. When they put the furnace in there was about three or four of them that came and did it.

I wanted and needed a new, high- efficiency heating and air conditioning system. I obtained three estimates, which I typically do. D&J provided me with a free estimate, which is common. They were very thorough and spent at least two hours at my home assessing all my vents and determining exactly what size system I needed. It turned out that the the system in my home was way too big for the size of my home and therefore was I nefficient. D&J quoted a price and I chose them to do the work. Before signing the contract, they gave me several discounts. They did the work in one day, as I recall. It looks terrific. As instructed, I turned my house fan to "on" for the whole summer, and set my air conditioner. It was very accurate. The same in the winter. They gave me one free air filter. (The filters were rather expensive.). D&J also provided a free tune-up the following year and called me up twice to pursue scheduling this.

In October 2015, I obtained three estimates from top companies for a new, high-efficiency heater and air conditioner. I chose Donovan and Jorgenson, in part because they were very thorough and spent a couple hours at my house to assess the number and sizes of the intake and outtake vents. They determined that my old furnace was much too large for the size of my house, and chose the correct size furnace and air conditioner. The installation went smoothly and took one day, as I recall. When the work was completed, everything looked neat and clean. With the new, appropriately-sized furnace, I learned I had to do things differently. Although it was October, it was hot, and I was still using the air conditioner. As instructed, I set the house fan from AUTO to ON, so it constantly circulated the air. My house temperature was exactly what I set it at. The company left me with one extra air filter. They also returned the following year for a free tune up on the AC. I plan to call them to schedule a free tuneup and check of the furnace.

I have been using the company for 10 years and have been extremely pleased with their service. The technicians are very helpful and happy to help you understand your system. They have good suggestions on how to save money and energy. They are clean, fast and reliable. Their pricing is great and scheduling is super easy with their service plan. They will call about a month in advance to service each unit and call a few days before coming out to make sure that time is still good.

They give excellent service. When they installed my new unit they did a great job. They do not pressure you to purchase more than you need. When you need them they come right away and call to set up regular service when it is needed.

I was really happy that we chose Dand J. During the initial meeting, I could tell that the salesman was passionate about his work and he knew what he was talking about. I didn't get the sense that he was trying to lead me down the wrong path. When comparing different quotes, the salesman helped me understand the differences between the products. I ended up paying a bit more with Dand J, but I knew I was getting a superior product and I know that they will be the right team to service the furnaces in the future. Install was scheduled for 2 days, but only took 1. They cleaned up really well. That part of the basement is cleaner now than it was before they got there. Overall, the experience was fantastic. If you're looking for a Heating/Cooling company that you can trust, this is a great option.

Everything went extremely well. Their staff is very helpful and very friendly. I felt very comfortable having them in my house. They came right in and got down to work. They were finished in about 3.5 hours. The representative that came, Jason, was very professional and knew what he was talking about. He even had an electrician come in and install a circuit breaker to replace my outdated fuses while the furnace was being installed. Everyone I've dealt with from this company is so nice, and that seems to indicate to me a level of job satisfaction that shows what a quality company is.

We were awakened at 4:30 am by the sound of an extremely loud motor - it was coming from our furnace! Out of safety concerns, we turned it off. Just after 7:00 am, I called the Electric Ave office but reached an answering machine. I left my name, phone number, location and a description of the situation and requested a call back. Approximately 45 minutes later, I received a call back from Bob at one of their other locations. He indicated he would enter a work order for the Electric Ave office but didn't know what their schedule was like. I let him know up front that since this was an emergency situation, I had also contacted another company and was waiting for a call back regarding scheduling. Whichever company was able to get here sooner would be the one I did business with. He stated he understood and would note on the work order to and quot;call firstand quot; before dispatching someone to the house. The other company contacted me shortly thereafter with an estimated arrival time. Their service tech got here at 10:45 am. At that point, I hadn't heard back from Donovan and Jorgenson regarding an approximate service time. I contacted them to cancel the service call.

They are really good, came on time and cleaned up after themselves.

Their service was great. It was good. They arrived when they were supposed to and took care of everything. I would use their services again in the future.

They installed the original boiler and they have maintained and cleaned it on a yearly basis since then. I will use them again in the future.
