Very satisfied. The person who I dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions about plumbing functions. I had a leak dripping into the basement and found that it was caused by water leaking down the glass into the floor. He sealed it with caulk and offered suggestions on a new shower arrangement for the future if I wanted to go that route. At no time did I feel pressured to make any decisions on recommendations that were offered. Just straight forward information and possible solutions. I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing problems. Great customer service that is greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work.

We first used Dickenschrauf Plumbing a year ago in response to an Angie's List special (2 hrs of plumbing services for $99) and called them back when we had two toilet issues. The biggest issue was a broken, leaking toilet, which they responded to very promptly and even arrived with a standard toilet in their van "just in case," which we appreciated very much. These guys are prompt, courteous and charge a fair price. We will always call Dickenschrauf for our plumbing needs.

Well, The first contact was prompt. My sewer back flowed in the basement and they were able to come in and do the declogging in 3 days. Thats were the punctuality and responsiveness ended. I asked for a quote to replace my toilet and it took 2 weeks before someone showed up (after reminding them twice). Since they were there I asked for a quote to remodel my whole bathroom. It's been 2 months and no response whatsoever. What annoyed me more was that the owner was the one who came in for the eval and if his response is this I guess, he doesnt care about his business. He just lost out on $10,000 worth of business. So if you keep up ur "good work" you'll be out of business soon. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone especially if you want prompt service.

Arrived on time. Performed inspection puchased via Angie's list. I was happy with their work. Very professional. I did not use them for the repair because another vendor bid lower.

hard to schedule, showed up late and never followed up on part that needed to be ordered for toilet or hose bib replacement, so they lost out on future jobs. Had Ingrilli take care of it. Will never use this provider again even if it is an "angies special"

They had the model I wanted, he came on time, was dressed clean, he made sure not to mess anything up, was very friendly, answered all my questions, cleaned up after himself, great price, I plan to use them again and we haven't had any issues.

The company was no show / no call for the Thursday appt. I called, and we rescheduled for the following Monday. Again on Monday, the company was a no show / no call. I left messages at two different numbers for the company. After one full week, noone has contacted me. I have an Angie's List prepaid coupon for the company. Hopefully, I can get my money back. We'll see.

Went well. Very professional and competent. Had some issues with the charges incurred, and contractor was very good about correcting the bill.

This was my first time using them and it was fine. He came out, but he never returned any information regarding it so I never did anything further. He was knowledgeable and did a good job. He was on time for the review. He was going to provide additional information and cost on doing some correction work, but he never did that. He verbally talked to me about somethings that were available, but it didn't include any cost or anything which were all the things that he was going to send to me.

Oh my gosh, he was great. I enjoyed him and was overjoyed at his price. We got a discount for being a new customer.

The hot water wasn't working after the faucet installation but that was resolved within a day. He helped with some research for a new toilet because I have size restaints. But I am putting that project on hold.

They responded quickly and the plumber worked efficiently. We had a coupon for two hours of service. It took him far less than that and I was fine with that but then we got a bill for $25 for a part that the plumber thought would be about $5. That all being said, we had another issue in a different bathroom. My husband called them and they came the next morning. It was a different plumber, but he too was so nice and efficient and we will definitely be using them again.

We had a little trouble getting the appointment setup (email isn't always the greatest mechanism for doing that), but everything after that went great. During my scheduled appointment, I requested that he do 2 extra jobs (above what he was scheduled to do) and he did them cheerfully and at a reasonable cost. I can't imagine an easier guy to work with. The work was done very well.

My family has used Dickenschrauf as our plumber for two large jobs($5000+) in the past 2 years and both went flawlessly. I was disappointed when I hired them to do the plumbing work on my kitchen remodel and it didn't go as smoothly as the previous two. We decided to demolish a wall in our kitchen and move the kitchen sink. This was the only plumbing quote we got and decided to proceed with the job due to our excellent previous experiences with Dickenschrauf. This job was not a smooth as the others... One of the major sticking points was the lack of communication between Dickenschrauf and myself. On two occasions, I was given a 2 day window from Dickenschrauf in which they would come to the house and get work done. They never showed up during their window. They did not call to say that they would not show up. In previous experiences, they called to let us know that something came up and they would have to re-schedule, but not this time. As a result of them being a no-call no-show, we ran out of time and had to move into our house without any plumbing in the kitchen. When they finally showed up, they relocated a gas line for the stove which we asked them to do, but they neglected to re-light the hot water heater. We finally figured out what happened 2 days later when we had to take cold showers. They also forgot to install a water line for our refrigerator ice maker. The fridge was literally an elephant in the room, a big grey cube that they forgot to install. When they came back to finish installing the fridge water line, they drilled several extra holes in the floor trying to fish the water line into the basement. This isn't the end of the world since the holes get covered up, but it re-iterates the lack of planning and attention to detail that Dickenschrauf put into our home. At the end of the day, everything did get done. The sink works, the stove works, and the fridge even makes ice! They did answer the phone every time I called or texted, but they didn't always do what they said they would do. I will shop around for a different plumber next time.

The service was very good. I was fine with the inspection done. I actually had a couple of very slow drains and so the man who came out was able to provide service to help me those and I was satisfied with that as well. The inspection was actually very convenient for $29. He also had a plumber come out to service the drain which was wonderful even though there was obviously an added cost of $60. That was perfectly fine because it included the chemicals for the service done. I would use them again in the future and actually, he did give me a quote on doing some work with the replacement of some bathroom fixtures and things. So, I am considering that but I just want to go through the assessment of other providers.

We had a little trouble scheduling but they showed up. They did the inspection and fixed our furnace.

come back Chris the person who did the work was great , he new just what to do . They did such a good job, we had them come back to correct a little shower and tile problem and they were right there and all good . The only problem was the bathroom wasn't done on the date we expected

We purchased a new refrigerator with an ice maker. Our previous fridge did not have an ice maker or water dispenser, but there was a copper water line in place behind the fridge. The previous owners told us that they had never used the water line either. We had the fridge installed by the delivery men from Colder's, but more than a week later we are not getting any water from the water line. I contacted Dickenschrauf Plumbing for an estimate and help diagnosing our issue. Ryan responded promptly to my message via email and exchanged detailed emails with me, free of charge, to help us diagnose the problem. Once we had determined the issue, he provided us a quote and an explanation of what services they would provide. They planned to replace the existing self-piercing saddle valve with a new angle stop valve. We have found another provider who will do the job for about half the price, who was recommended to us by Colder's. However, I would definitely consider Dickenschrauf for future jobs.

They were very nice and professional. I find him to be very accomodating and ready to help whenever neccessary.

He is such a nice and pleasant person who had no problem when I asked to reschedule the job. I also had a question regarding the city water pipelines which I have on the east side of my home where I'm going to be having some basement excavating at some point. He looked at the area, and gave me some information about my options regarding how to deviate these water pipes if they become a problem during this basement job

Representative had done work for wife's company. She asked about our problem which was stained ceiling where no pipes were located. He said he could come later that day. He showed up when promised and spent at least 30 to 45 minutes doing his check. He then said that he could not see any moisture in the rafters and did not know where the water came from. He told us to try to re-create the activities that we recently did ( showers etc.) and see if the problem re occured. If it did he said to call and he would come back. We have had no more issues. It is still a mystery. He did not charge us for his time even though we offered to pay something.

The plumber came in several hours and fixed the problem quickly and thoroughly.

It went well, but the sprayer broke within 2 weeks. We had to buy a replacement sprayer.
