No show. Scheduled appointment a few days before. Tried call ALL of the numbers available and no answers, just straight to voicemail. Don't waste your time with this company.

Did not show up for the appointment we had scheduled several days in advance. When I called to see what happened, my call was not returned.

It went fine, he installed a toilet in the basement.

They responded to our call promptly and came to check the source of our water leak within the hour. They were pleasant and efficient in fixing the leak.

Brian and apprentice Chris did a beautiful job in accomplishing all above in just over an hour. No mess, no problems!!! Excellent work done by very professional plumbers!!!!!!! Will definitely use them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jason was great. He was very professional and, actually, gave my husband some options to do some services himself to lower our cost.. We would definitely use Dickenschrauf again for our plumbing needs and recommend them to others.

HE CAME AT AGREED TIME AND PUT IN A NEW FAUCET FOR THE HOSE IN MY BACKYARD. IT WAS LEAKING IN THE BASEMENT AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM.

They were excellent. They were prompt and thorough. The price was reasonable and decent compared to other people we talked to. They didn't gouge us. We would absolutely use them again.

They came in on time, removed the old sump pump and put in a new one. Online it says sump pumps are good for about 7 years. The old one was 25 years old. We got the same brand.

Called because tenants sink was leaking because cast iron fittings had rusted. Removed cast iron wye from kitchen sink and replaced with new PVC. Completed job in 1 hour. Gave us a first customer discount. Was very pleased with results.

They did a plumbing survey and repaired a toilet. Very good work!

When our old water heater started leaking, I decided to have Dickenschrauf Plumbing come out and do the work due to all the good reviews on Angie's List. I called Rian who was at another job, but was able to answer all of my questions over the phone and provide me quotes. Since it was a Saturday, I was worried about having to pay emergency rates, but I was told that I would be charged their normal rate. They were able to come out that same day and install a new water heater. I decided to go with a tankless model because we needed an oversized water heater (old one was 80 gallons), and the additional cost for a tankless wasn't very much more. The installation went well, and the plumber who did the work was very friendly and professional. I noticed a small leak from one of the pipes after the plumber left, so I gave him a call, and he said that the leak should stop on its own, but if it didn't to give him a call back. After a couple days, the leak didn't stop, so he came back out and fixed the issue (added more teflon tape to the fitting). UPDATE I was remodeling my basement recently and wanted to have them give me an estimate on the work. I was not able to contact anyone from their company at any of the phone numbers that were available... no answer on any of the numbers. I ended up going with another plumber who noticed several things that Dickenschrauf didn't do correctly when they installed my tankless water heater: 1. No permit was pulled. 2. A flexible appliance pipe was used for the gas line. 3. Copper piping was used for the condensate drain. The owner's manual for the water heater specifically states that PVC should be used because the condensation is mildly acidic. None of these are serious issues, but I ended up having to pay the plumber who did the remodeling work fix the last two issues.

Great estimate on when they would arrive and how long it would take. It worked out as they predicted, I was charged what I expected. Very professional, I would use them again.

It took about a month to get ahold of someone to make an appointment- frustrating! But when I did, they arrived on time and were very professional. They fixed the sink (my primary problem) and took a look at all the other plumbing to make sure everything was working well. They noticed the kitchen sink drained a little slow and took care of that. Did not charge me anything other than what I originally paid for the coupon. I called them again in January with a toilet clog. They came promptly, snaked the toilet, and it seemed to be working fine. By the same afternoon, however, the toilet backed up again. They came back within an hour and actually took the toilet outside to snake it in reverse and get the small toy truck that was the culprit. :) I did not receive a second bill, even though it was much more work than what I paid for the first call. These guys do a great job, if you can get an appointment. I suspect they are busy and have a large client base because they do such good work at a good price.

They did not solve the problem and I had to resolve it myself later on. Otherwise, they were fine to deal with.

Repair was first rate, described the fix and completed it.

IT WENT VERY WELL. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL THEY CLEANED UP BEHIND THEMSELVES. REMOVED OLD ONE. THIS WAS FOR MY INVESTMENT PROPERTY.

A CO/Gas detector alarm went off in our home. A call to our energy company, and subsequent visit by a technician, identified a small trace leak leak in a joint of a natural gas pipe...not related to the alarm. Wanting to take care of the leak issue to keep my family and home safe, I contacted Dickenschrauf Plumbing Solutions on a Monday morning...had a 2 minute 25 second conversation...to schedule a repair appointment for two days later...Wednesday morning at 9:00 a.m. With no one from Dickenschrauf showing up at the scheduled time, I called the company at 10:00 a.m. and left a message asking for a phone call back to me to let me know the status of my appoiuntment, as I wanted to be able to schedule my day. I did not receive any phone call whatsoever...not one indicating (1) running late, (2) needing to reschedule, (3) apologizing, (4) etc. I contacted Dickenschrauf based on the positive reviews given my Angie's List membership. Congratulations to those Angie's List members who had a good experience with this provider. The way I experienced service with this provider, or lack thereof, I only have one public word for them...LOUSY!

Fixed our tough to reach leaky half bath sink, great job. Little tough to reach as the folks are often busy on the road at a job.

Ryan was on time, got right to work, and quickly replaced an intake valve that would not shut off. He cleaned up after himself and was very courteous and helpful. I will use Dickenshrauf again and will recommend him to my friends and neighbors. Thank you so much.

fixed bathroom faucet( i already had parts) said had to order parts for outside and kitchen faucet and have not heard from them since.i have tried to call no answer.total time here 45min.

Very pleased with Ryan's work, I believe I finally have found my 'go to' plumber.

After multiple attempts to reach out to the service provider he has not returned any of my calls. Also, when I called the office number it said the number was disconnected.

Excellent service. Highly recommended.

First appointment did not take place on 6/7. Received no e-mail cancelling said appt. I e-mailed Ryan he explained he grandfather had passed away on that day. I asked to reschedule understanding the situation and he never contacted me back. Would like to be refunded the $29.00 from paypal. Will not contact nor refer him to anyone. I did plan on asking him to redo my bathroom but he lost a customer -- not good business for him. Paulette
