Description of Work: Ryan showed up 20 minutes late for appointment after I called to ask where he was. This was March 10. Today is March 25 and I have still not received a quote for a large, expensive job. Apparently, he doesn't need the business.

Description of Work: Called and made an appointment for him to come out and put in new fixtures in bathtub/shower. I was told they would come out on the Thursday at 8AM. They never showed. I called to check if they were lost, got the voice mail. Never heard anything back from them, despite leaving two messages that same day.

Description of Work: I'd purchased a Big Deal from Angies List in 2012 but was unable to use it prior to its expiration. This summer I called Dickenschrauf, stated that I knew I'd lost the savings of their Big Deal but wondered whether its $99 purchase price might still be recovered and was left with the impression that some partial credit might be a possibility. Fair enough. We arranged a service call for 2:00 June 18. We were delayed at another appointment on the 18th but did arrive home AT 2:00 and found that Dickenschrauf had been and gone. We called them several times in the next week to arrange another appointment and they did not return our calls.

Description of Work: He never showed up at the appt time and never called to tell us why not! Must not need our business. Will go with someone else!

Description of Work: I payed forward and had several emails from Ryan but the service was never performed and I would never contact them again. | |A total waste of my time and money and has turned me off from every using the prepaid offer again.

Description of Work: I purchased a full house plumbing inspection. The gentleman who conducted the inspection was thorough and took time to answer any questions I had and was knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing.

Description of Work: They were called to fix a leaking tub/shower faucet. I tried fixing it first but couldn't loosen the bonnet nut to replace the cartridge. The plumber wasn't able to loosen it either so we agreed to replace the faucet.

Description of Work: Provider never finished the job. He completed 2/3 of the job and told me that he would have to come back because he didn't have the right equipment to finish the job. He told me that he would call within a day or so. Provider never called me. Received a bill from him about two weeks later. Called the Provider and left detailed message for him and he hasn't called me back? If you tell a customer that you are going to do something, you need to follow up with your customer. I refuse to pay a bill for something that was not completed. I am hoping that the provider calls me but I am not holding my breath. I would not recommend this provider, nor will I use him again!

Description of Work: Installed water heater. They were great. Available within a day of me calling, showed up when they said they would, finished quickly and within the quoted budget. It was a perfect experience because it went exactly as planned. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Called to set up an appointment and left messages twice, a few days apart. No response to either. Finally, called and left a message saying, basically, to forget it and I'd like my $29 back. No response, even to this day. What a waste of $29. They were so good to me the first time I used them. Even if they got very busy, they should have called me back. Can you do anything about getting my $29 back? Thanks for your help.
