This is an outstanding company. Rich was very thorough on doing the repairs that I had on my list. Showed up on time and did followup when I didn't know how to work my shower later on. I have nothing bad to say and would work with this company again in a minute. I am waiting on pricing for a bath remodel in the near future and have not even considered another company to do the job.

Coordinating the visit was a little more difficult than I would have liked but once scheduled, everything went smoothly. Ryan arrived on time and immediately diagnosed the problem. He cut out the corroded iron sewer pipe (in the basement) and replaced it with PVC. He worked very efficiently and was done within one hour. Since "Angie's Deal" was for 2 hours of work, he gave me a one hour credit for a future job we have planned. I don't think he had to do this so I was very pleased. I will definitely use him again.

The company had to reschedule till a week later. No problem. On that day, I called because they were a little late. There was a scheduling snafu and they came right over. I was so pleased with this service. Not only did they fix my leaky faucet, but helped me trouble shoot and fix a stinky washing machine problem that I have been having for a couple of months. Went above and beyond to help me understand the problem and how to prevent the reoccurance in the future. Professional and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I got the Big Deal from Angies List for 2 hours of plumbing. Ryan was very nice. Scheduling was easy, he came on time. I needed a leaking bathroom faucet repaired and a shut off valve installed. I also needed a new seal on my toilet. Since he wasn't there the full 2 hours, he did not charge me for the parts. What a great experience. I will use them again.

After widespread flooding in 2010, my neighbor had called Dickenschrauf Plumbing to their home for repair work. I asked Ryan, the plumber on site, if he would give me some estimates on repairs that I needed. His prices were reasonable, he was very professional and helpful with the new bathroom floor plan so that I could maximize my budget dollars. He was very prompt and reliable, always present on the days he said he would be, and he always cleaned up before leaving for the day. I would recommend Dickenschrauf Plumbing to anyone, without hesitation. They have integrity and stand behind their work.

Made an appt for Dickenschrauf plumbing to check water seeping from sewer pipe in basement. Before time of appt. sinks began to back up. Called Dickenschrauf & within the hour he sent Ace Sewer Cleaners over. The were there several hours unplugging our sewer line which were extremely clogged. A couple days later my kitchen faucet started leaking & he came over that P.M. & fixed it.

I had a very positive experience with Dickenschrauf. I called them on a Friday and the majority of the work was done on the following Monday. They were very punctual and cleaned up after completing the job. The water heater and hose bibs were done one day and they returned on a Saturday to install the bathroom sink faucet with no additional weekend charge. I did not get additional estimates on the tankless water heater, but based on someone else I know who had one installed, their quote was very competitive. Previously I had gotten quotes on having the hose bibs replaced and they were less expensive than the other quotes I received. My only negative comment is that I asked to have one of the shut off valves turned around after it was installed so that when it's closed, the handle points upward. When the work was redone and the valve was reversed, there was some water on my rec room carpeting. It was not a major deal due to the age and color of the carpeting. This would not deter me from contacting and using them in the future. Overall, I was very pleased with the work they did and would recommend them to others needing plumbing work.

They were honest, friendly and accommodating of my schedule. The city inspector told me they did a great job. Everything is working just fine.
