They came in - replaced an internal value - was out in less than 30 minutes. They quickly fixed the issue that had been a problem for weeks.

All projects were discussed and explained throughly before the work started. The work went without any problems. This was an excellent experience.

All repairs were done promptly, efficiently, and all questions were answered from beginning to end.

Ryan was very professional and helpful during his visit. My issue is after the fact when one of the replaced shut-off vlaves leaked slightly. I called the company's office and asked that someone come out to my home to fix the issue, was told that they would get my message to Ryan, and have not heard from them since. If I ever had a plumbing emergency, I would not try contacting this company.

Called Dickenschrauf Plumbing first thing in the morning and explained our "running toilet" problem. Ryan informed us that he would be at our home later that same day. Upon arriving, Ryan immediately assessed the problem, installed a new component, and our "running" toilet was finally "silent"! Ryan is very cordial and very professional. We will call upon Dickenschrauf, should we have any other plumbing situations.

Work was completed in a quality manner, price was appropriate. Overall experience was positive, would recommend them to others with the following caveat: My only issue was the lack of timely communication from them, had to follow up with them several times over a several day spanbefore receiving a call back to schedule estimate & to schedule the work to be done.

I used this company as part of ""the big deal" and was very pleased with the work. At that time I had him give me an estimate for the caulk in our bathroom. It was old and moldy and could not be cleaned. He said he would scrape out the old and bring in a color that would match and it would cost $100. I liked the fact that I knew how much it would cost and told him I would call him in a few months. I did call him and made an appointment and he did a great job. I was hoping he remembered the price he had quoted and he did. He did a great job and I feel it was well worth the price. It is nice to see that someone gives an estimate and then delivers exactly what was promised. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

Dickenschrauf Plumbing Solutions came very highly recommended by a friend of mine who had a new faucet installed and toilet fixed recently. When I called, Ryan was polite, helpful and informative. He is very knowledgable, easy to understand and answered all of my questions. He was able to schedule my job within a few days. When he arrived he got to work right away and did an excellent job. He is efficient, neat and professional. I couldn't ask for more. I have some more jobs coming up in the future and look forward to working with this company again.

They were running late and couldn't contact us because the plumber couldn't get to his phone (due to corporate security at the prior work location). When they did arrive they were very apologetic and comped us the cost of parts to make up for it. We are very happy with the quality of work and his character. We will gladly use them again. It would have been nice if they had called us to let us know about the delay, rather than us having to call them, but they made up for it with good style.

Ryan answered his phone right away, gave me an estimate over the phone, and met me at the property within an hour. He was very friendly and professional. He completed the work in about an hour and my husband said he did a great job when he met him at the site to pick up the keys. We are always looking for contractors that are punctual and do good work at a fair price. We will definitely be calling Ryan again for future plumbing needs!

I originally was going to have Norm (the owner) come out on Friday, October 5 to do the job, but he ended up getting involved in a much bigger emergency on the North Side of town. Norm came out instead on Saturday morning bright and early (not Monday like most businesses would), and he did not charge me extra for him to work weekend hours! He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and even gave me a discount to bring my bill down to an amazing price. He was very friendly, professional, and a pleasure to do business with...I would not hesitate one second to hire Dickenschrauf Plumbing Solutions again in the future.

He was a hard worker. He had to return for a minor leak, he came back promptly and fixed the issue. He did spend extra time that he did not charge for. He did a very nice job, and I would recommend this plumbing company.

The owner of the plumbing company arrived promptly and was very friendly. He went straight to work to figure out the problems, he left to buy the necessary valves and returned to fix the leaky faucets and then tackled the "howling toilet." He was very efficient and very easy to have around. We will definetly call them for our next plumbing problem.

I went very well. Ryan was right on time and had a lot of experience. I added more little jobs as a walked him through the house and talked with him. One tough job was tightning the faucet in my kitchen sink. Ryan had to work around the radiator under the sink and the garbage disposal. I could never had gotten any where near as tight as he was able to do. He not only installed the new faucets in the bathroom, he also replaced the drain piping with new pvc piping.

The whole experience was very good! I called on a Sunday around 11:00 a.m. and he called back right away. With photos and discussion I received a price quote within minutes and he stayed true to his quote. The plan was installation the next day (I was fine with waiting to avoid off-hours fee)- he was on-time, thorough, knowledgeable, skilled, and timely.

Punctual - did exactly what I asked.

The work went extremely well. The plumber found that the actual drain pipe for the shower was cracked. He went out and bought a new drain pipe and installed and we haven't had a clogging issue since. So happy with the service.

I hired Rich (Dickenschrauf Plumbing) to replace the toilet in my Mom's house. She recently had surgery and needed a higher, more comfortable toilet than the decades old one she had. Plus, the toilet was constantly running and leaking. She has a smaller bathroom and I really was at a loss for what would fit her sized bathroom. When I called Dickenschrauf, Rich listened to my story and told me that I could take some measurements (he would advise me how to do that) and could tell me over the phone what would fit. He also had very helpful information as to the type of toilet which would help my Mom's situation. When I called him back with the measurements he assured me what would fit and that although he was very busy with other work, would work me in to his schedule. He also told me that I could visit his supplier and look as several different models and could choose whatever I liked. That worked out great. Still better was that I could schedule a day and approximate time to do the replacement. With my working schedule and needing time to get some things in order with my Mom before he performed the work, this strategy work great. The day he was scheduled to come he constantly keep me informed if he was running ahead or behind schedule which I expected as you never know what a guy will run into in this type of work. However, when all was done, the replacement went well. He is very professional yet warm and friendly in his approach. He takes care to clean up the work area and despite the old toilet which refused to come out, he just kept at it until it did. He not only solved my Mom's predicament, but also gave me such peace of mind early on when I initially contacted him.
