Description of Work: It didn't go. After 2 calls and an email I set up an appointment for Friday 21st in the afternoon. I had to take off since the appointment was not a set time. I called after noon, just to get an idea of where they were, and when someone might get there. Went to voicemail. An hour or so later I got a text saying a project was running long and could they reschedule. Disappointed, but I was still ready to work with them. I responded saying a set time, either early morning or a lunch hour anytime this week would be fine. Saturdays are fine too. He said he needed to check the schedule in his truck and he would let me know. No response Friday or over the weekend. I tried to contact him Monday - no response. No longer worth the savings at this point.

Description of Work: Nothing. He never showed up. He was supposed to show up at 5pm. This is a rental property of mines. I didn't take the number with me. So I waited till 6;25pm. He never showed up or called. He probably forgot about it.

Description of Work: I had the plumber remove an existing pipe in the basement that ran the width of the ceiling. It was an outside faucet that wasn't used and I wanted removed, and rerouted to the front of the house. Although he did the work described as needed, he was often hard to reach and when he was, the chain of communication often stopped and then needed restarting. Additionally a mess was left in the basement where he worked and needed to move things. I appreciate the work he did but it was often frustrating trying to set up the initial and consequently appointments.

Description of Work: We have a 2 unit rental property. We recently had this plumber back to work in our 2nd unit. We had slow drains and leaking faucets. They were great. A little late for appointment due to prior appointment overrun. Would use them again.

Description of Work: We needed a shower replaced. They were very responsive, reasonable and did the work in coordination with the tile guy. I would use them again in a heart beat.
