Went very well. This is the second time I've used Dennis & Son, although I've never actually met him. Each time I've called Dennis, told him the work that needed to be done, he's given me an estimate and then come and done the work when he can work it into his schedule. This has worked very well. This time I simply told him where the stump was located and he left me a bill.

Overall, the experience went well. The technicians were very knowledgeable and helpful. They worked diligently and completed the work in a timely manner. I'm happy with their services.

Crew arrived at 9 am as promised. All trees were down by 3:30 pm. All debris removed by 5:30 pm. Crew was friendly and professional. Did a very good job of cleaning up!

We would recommend them. They're reasonably priced, efficient, cleaned up well, and did a good job.

They came out very quickly to give me an estimate, and stuck to the price given, which seems like a very fair price, especially given that it took three men about two hours to do all the work that needed doing. They came back to do the work within the time frame they had given me for when they would be able to get the work done. The work was done efficiently and well, and left looking great. They even threw in a couple of extra things I hadn't asked for them to do! Only things I would change are that I would have rather they asked me before doing anything extra (although I would have said yes to both things anyway), and I wasn't made to feel very comfortable about asking questions. But overall, things were super.

I called on Thursday for a quote. Had the quote on Saturday and they were there to do the work Monday morning! As usual, they do a beautiful job of removing the brush and stump. You wouldn't even know there had been a tree there! This is the third time I've used this company. My past experiences have been equally impressive! Highly, highly recommend!!

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION OF THE STUMP THEY COULD NOT USE A STUMP GRINDER AND, INSTEAD, HAD TO USE A PIKE AXE AND OTHER HAND TOOLS TO DO THE JOB. ADDITIONALLY, THEY GAVE A QUICK RESPONSE TO MY INITIAL PHONE MESSAGE, CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND, WHEN I CLEARED THEM TO DO THE WORK, THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY TO COMPLETE THE JOB AND LEFT ME A FOLLOW-UP PHONE MESSAGE.

I HAD USED THIS COMPANY LAST YEAR TO REMOVE A TREE STUMP FROM THE FRONT OF MY HOUSE AND AGAIN, THIS YEAR I WAS VERY SATISFIED AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
