+ -1 moreWE REQUIRED DAVE'S ASSISTANCE ON A SUNDAY EVENING OF A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. HE WAS POLITE ON THE TELEPHONE, GAVE ME A PRICE QUOTE AND AN ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL, WHICH WAS WITHIN A HALF AN HOUR. HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A DIFFICULT LOCK, HE CHARGED US THE PRICE HE QUOTED ON THE TELEPHONE. WE WERE ESPECIALLY PLEASED WITH HIS PUNCTUALITY AND POSITIVE ATTITUDE CONSIDERING THE TIME OF THE CALL.
Description of Work: OPENED DOOR WHEN WE LOCKED OURSELVES OUT OF THE HOUSE.
