Description of Work: Dan arrived promptly for a 7:30am appointment. We had an unusual electrical issue with no clear cause. In an hour, Dan was able to diagnose the problem and resolve it. I think it would have taken another electrician far longer to troubleshoot and resolve the problem. I'd recommend Current Electric to anyone who values courteous, efficient, skilled service. On a final note, they applied the full amount of my Angie's List Big Deal, which had expired, rendering the bill to $0. I consider this to be great customer service.

Description of Work: Hung a chandelier,installed motion light and switch in garage, and changed an existing switch to control outlet in basement office.

Description of Work: For the work that I had done, I thouth that Current Electric was quite pricy. I purchased the $200.00 deal for $99.00 worth of electrical work. The electrical work that was done is as follows: 1)5 porceilain pull chain lamp holder 2)change 3 outlets 3)change 2 dual light switches(that can be turned off and on either at the botom of the stairs or the top of the stairs). The electrician completed the work within the hour.In addition for the $200.00 certificate that I purchased from Angies List, I had to pay an additonal $202.00 for the work that was done. Last year, I had Trawicki Electrical do electrical work and was charged $520.00 for the following work: 1) 9 outlets 2) 11 light switches 3) 5 ceiling lights. This electrical work took 4 hours to complete. I feel that I got more for money from Trawicki Electrical than I did from Current Electric. I am also disappointed because the dual switches that I had installed, do not work properly. It is a dangerous situation if I don't turn the light switch on at the bottom of the stairs for the light to go on, because if I don't the light will not go at the top of the stairs.
