Very poorly
Description of Work: Had them scheduled to come over and provide an estimate and do an installation of a wireless doorbell and possibly under cabinet lighting int he kitchen. They called me last minute to tell me that their guy was going to be stuck at another job for the rest of the day, and so they would be unable to come. HUGE inconvenience for us. We just told them to forget about it. We went in another direction and have no regrets. I would not be calling them back. Struck me as being kind of amateur hour dealing with them, sorry to say.

MY MOTHER SUFFERS FROM CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE AND IT WAS IMPERATIVE WE GET THE AIR RUNNING AGAIN. ART WAS MOST HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING. HE WAS WILLING TO COME OUT TO ASSIST. THERE WAS NO CHARGE. I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN.
