Arrived on time. Completed the work in 2 hours.

The person who came out was extremely professional. He was on time and friendly. Our ceilings are sloped and are 10-12 feet. All fixtures to be installed are replacements for existing fixtures. Cost of project: $325/fixture, but with a “discount” of $132 for the still eye-popping amount of $1168. That’s just crazy.

When I called and asked her for some information on their price, she said she couldn’t and that they would have to come out and take a look first, but They would charge me just to look at it before they couldn give me a price and said they were all booked for the next 30 days

I called for a project bid. I wanted to upgrade my homes electrical system. The woman that answered their phones (aka ASSOCIATE) stated I have to pay for an electricians visit and if I proceed to have work completed, this would be deducted from the bill. Or something of that nature... I explained to the associate, I am not replacing one item... I would not pay for a bid of this economic magnitude. Let me be blunt... This project will be in the thousands ok... Going forward, the associate agreed for a free consultation (BID). I stated to the associate, "I need your electrician to be prompt, I would like to schedule an appointment that gives your company adequate time to be there because I am extremely busy. Nine days later, an hour before the consult, I receive a phone call stating the contractor will be two hours late because of an inspection at another site. I didn't have the time so... I canceled the appointment. I understand issues pop-up in life and work but you had nine days to plan accordingly. Long story short, your competitors were on time and know how to conduct business because they received what could have been your business!

Jeremiah and Michael called thirty minutes prior to arrival as promised. The men worked efficiently to understand my project needs and provided an estimate on site. They did not have all of the required materials but were able to obtain them and complete the project prior to the estimated project completion time without giving the impression that they were rushing to beat the clock. Michael and Jeremiah were pleasant and professional. They completed the project with great care to minimize the impact to my home. They cleaned up the two worksites completely and reviewed the work they had completed with my wife and I. They exceeded our expectations in all aspects of their work. The estimate was 100% accurate on time and price.

I’ve trusted Current for years so when my outlet wasnt working in in the garage I quickly called them. The two guys that came over were punctual courteous and very informative as they perform their analysis of the situation. They ended up replacing an outlet box and let me know how everything is wired together and how a circuit can trip. Would use again!

Dan is awesome! He is professional yet personable, very knowledgeable especially with older homes like mine. When I asked his opinion on the upgrade he was honest and said based on our home he did not feel we needed to spend extra money for the highest upgrade. The team was on time, professional, respectful of us and our home, and the work appeared to be of high quality. In addition, Dan went the extra mile SEVERAL times when issues arose. He absolutely cares about his quality of work and his customers! The service team was in frequent contact regarding the appointments and possible delays. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

The electricians were personnable, professional, punctual, and cleaned up when finished. Did the work and the usual complications in the time estimated. If I need an electrician, I would call Current Electric and I would request Sean. Nuff said.

Job went exactly as told and exactly on time. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up everything prior to leaving, as well as walked me through they work they did to ensure it was up to par. Am probably going to hire them for another electrical job in the coming weeks.

2 hours and $190 to diagnose and replace shorted outlet to GFCI. Electrician used every minute of max 2 hrs in quote to do job. Very nice and professional but I am sure this could have been done faster and cheaper. I did not receive email invoice but did receive email estimates for two future jobs, both were considerably larger. Whole experience felt familiar.

They restored power to garage. It involved enabling the breaker to stay engaged. They were thorough in looking for probable causes. They did not charge for the visit. I will hire them in the future to complete the work they suggested.

You won't be disappointed with the degree of professionalism and the services rendered. Wonderful company and yes I will have them back out for another minor project this up coming summer.

We have used Current Electric for all of our indoor and outdoor electrical needs since moving into an old house in 2008. This work included completely rewiring the house. We are extremely happy with all of the work they’ve done and will continue to hire as needed. The electricians are extremely conscientious about doing exactly what you want.

The work was done as needed and on schedule. The price was very reasonable. The crew from Current Electric was very professional and explained all that was being done.

Michael did a GREAT job! He did a review of all our electrical systems and provided estimates and options for all work he'd recommend. In addition to the switch we had fixed, we also updated two outlets to GFCI per his recommendation. He completed the work very fast, was very nice to our two small (and annoying) dogs, and was friendly, professional and informative throughout the process. We received a discount on the service call for being an Angie's List member and the guy who initially called me (super fast after I made the request) was very nice, friendly and helpful. One of the main reasons we tried Current is they were the first company to contact us and they could have someone come out the next day. Really responsive! I'd definitely hire them again - I feel like the work was of very high quality and the customer service was exceptional.

Installer was on time for appointment. He was very friendly and did an accurate, professional installation. After job was complete, he meticulously cleaned the work area. Was very happy with the work!! Definitely would consider hiring this company again for future electrical work.

Jason did excellent work. We talked about the options of lighting that would work in the basement. He was very professional and did quality work. I was very satisfied.

It went well. Dan was very helpful. The only problem was the price. It may have been fair but it was too much for us.

Very pleased. Sure, a handyman could have done this, but I'm the type of person that appreciates "having a job done right the first time" as well as peace of mind. When it comes to anything "electrical", I tend to go "pro".

Everything went very well and all was tidy when they left. The inspector was pleased with all of it.

We got the appointment when we needed it; Customer Service was very helpful and responsive. The technicians arrived on time. They were courteous and professional throughout the entire job. They also cleaned up when they were finished. Most importantly, they did excellent work. Given the age of our house, sometimes electrical work presents challenges, as it did today. Sean is masterful. We're very happy with the work that both technicians did. Sean also explained what the issues were and how he was going to deal with them. And the cost was fair/reasonable. The office was pleasant when scheduling and completely understood our needs. The electrician arrived promptly for the appointment and was thorough, courteous and super nice! We will absolutely use Current Electric Co again!

Called in Current Electric for an emergency call as we had power out in one room, but no sign of a thrown breaker in the panel. Seemed to be some discrepancy with how the emergency call was dispatched; we called Friday and were told we needed to call later to reach the tech on-call. No, we are calling now for that. No call back on Friday evening, but Saturday we received a call from the on-call electrician asking if we still needed service -- yep, so he came out the same day. Once he was on site, he quickly diagnosed the issue (loose wire connecting to neutral bar causing arcing) and fixed it up quickly. No issues with the quality of service that Circuit provided once we had a tech on-site. Cost listed below takes into consideration the fact it was charged as emergency service, so does not truly reflect cost of parts/labor (which would have been lower during a normal priority call).
