Michael answered all of my questions, offered suggestions and completed the work fast.

Everything went well, with the exception of the outdoor light rewiring, which was troubleshooted, but the work not started because it was overlooked in the original estimate, and had to be re-bid and scheduled.

I’ve had many projects done at my current home. Some go better than others. This one went as good as the best, thanks to Josh and his crew. Josh took time to listen to our concerns and fixed the problems. He took time to explain everything in simple terms so we were aware as the project moved along. There were no bad surprises.

scheduled 2 weeks in advance - they required me to be home for the full day - called at 12.30 pm to say they needed to reschedule they have done good work for me in the past - looks like they overbooked - getting too big to be professional

Current Electric was able to determine that the root cause was an imbalance at the meter. They recommended that I contact the electric company for them to resolve. They also left estimates for a couple of options to upgrade the service.

I set the appointment up for 9:00 a.m. on August 28th. When no one showed up by 9:30 a.m., I called their office and was told they didn't set up an appointment, they just call you when they are within 30 minutes. They showed up at 3:00 p.m. and did a complete review of my house, which I didn't request. I needed some outdoor lighting installed which I had told them every item over the phone when I made the appointment. By the time he was done with the review, he said it was too late to start any of the work. He said he would send me an estimate for the outdoor work and a separate estimate for the additional items he was recommending. I never recieved the estimates or got any type of follow-up call or visit. It was just a really weird and bad customer service experience. Since then, I had the work competed by Total Mechanical in a 3 hour time period and am very happy with the results.

Outstanding work. Taylor and Jacob were patient with answering all my questions about a confusing problem and getting the work done quickly, for a very fair price. They also let a 3 year old in the house be their “little man in training” and handled it so positively! I’ll gladly have them back any time I need electrical help!
