+ -1 moreEverything was performed very professionally. The water heater is a high quality unit with a normal 6 yr. warranty. Most remarkably, the cost was about HALF the cost of the other estimates I recieved. I asked why their cost was so low and was told that they refuse to gouge their customers. These people are honest and hard working; I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Same day instalation of a new 50 gal. water heater including draining and removing the old water heater.

+ -1 moreI usually don't look to local stores to purchase plumbing fixtures because they are out of my budget. When I was looking for a nice fixture for a claw foot tub, I couldn't find anything decent at any of the big box stores or online. On the suggestion of a plumber, I went to Crown and ended up buying a very nice fixture. The employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It may have been a bit more expensive than the cheap-o home depot fixtures, but the quality of the fixture and the experience was an A+.
Description of Work: Purchased a hard-to-find replacement fixture for an antique claw foot tub.
