We were impressed with the way this group stepped back and looked at the whole situation instead of just fixing what we saw as the problem. They kept us informed of what they were doing and what our options were. When it seemed to be taking longer for the manufacturer to respond, they called and gave us their estimate for delivery which turned out to be more accurate than the manufacturer. They seemed very knowledgeable and professional at every turn.
Description of Work: We damaged a new laptop. They looked at repairing it, but were able to connect the damage to a warranty problem and got the manufacturer to repair it at no cost.

+ -1 moreGot to the job more quickly than they promised. Did not pressure me to obtain repairs from them. Told it like it was.
Description of Work: Diagnosed laptop hardware failure and provided options to remedy the problem which was to find a similar unit on E-bay and swap the hard drive out.
