COMPLETE LAWN SERVICE

Chad called in January 2023 asking what services I would need for the year and I prepaid for 2 insecticide applications and fall cleanup for $333.90. During the summer, he never showed for the applications or fall cleanup and offered one excuse after another for not coming out to do the work. He even said there were no bugs in the lawn yet! I asked for a credit and I received a check that bounced and more excuses and eventually nobody would answer the phone. This used to be a good company when Pete Holcomb was the owner, but since Chad Chapman bought it -- I can only say at this point you will get ripped off like I did. I have used this company for decades, but under the new ownership I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Don't use any of Chad Chapman's companies, he is a fast talking scammer that doesn't do the work or pay his bills.

In agreement with John I also worked there 5 years Chad Chapman is a scam artist who doesn’t pay his vendors or his employees or even his child support before hiring him CCAP him and his Chapman property management before giving this company anymore money, it’s been over a year and I’ve still not received my last 2 pay checks, none of his vehicles are registered and insured and I’m almost positive the company the company is spraying illegally, do yourself a favor and find another comanph cause his employees will show up to do the work but they won’t get paid for it!!!!!!

work for CLS company for about 5 years. Chad Chapman is the owner and Maria windgate or whatever is the second in command/secretary. Chad Chappman cheated on his wife with his secretary and threw the entire company down the drain. Labor department and collections are currently working towards 175,000 dollars owed to multiple employees including myself. He gave us fraudulent checks and we found out the hard way when the bank bounce them back days after they were deposited. If any of you have any questions please contact me. There is a police report done by me the day I went to demand for my cash. He got violent on me and others there doing the same thing, we called the police. Chad has also not paid multiple contractors for snow work. Most current workers indulge in illicit drug. He hires people that can be taken advantage of such as undocumented immigrants, drug users and generally the disfranchise. All of the equipment and trucks are not up to date or are insured or have valid plates. I have on hand records recognized by the government of his wrong doings.

My wife and I hired Complete Lawn Services to do a fall clean up at our property this fall right before we put our house on the market. The guys that showed up worked hard, walked us through what they were going to do and answered a few questions that we had. Now that we have moved we will be hiring them at our new property to do additional work.

This was the first of six applications. Still experiencing some dandelions and other unwanted growth, but we were told that it will take a while to take effect. Very friendly and professional. Looking forward to future applications. No regrets in hiring CLS.

WHEN I CALLED, PETE RETURNED MY CALL PROMPTLY. HE CAME TO MEASURE AND GIVE AN ESTIMATE. HE WAS PROMPT. I CALLED A WEEK LATER TO ACCEPT HIS PROPOSAL, AND IN TWO DAYS, HE APPLIED THE FIRST TREATMENT. SO FAR, THE WEEDS ARE ALMOST GONE, AND THE GRASS IS GREENING BEAUTIFULLY.

THEY ARE VERY ATTENTIVE IF YOU HAVE SPECIFIC NEEDS. OUR LAWN LOOKS WONDERFUL COMPARED TO LAST YEAR AT THIS TIME WHEN WE DECIDED TO TRY THEM. WE HAD NEWLY SEEDED AREAS THAT THEY AVOIDED WITH THEIR PRODUCTS, UNTIL THE AREAS WERE WELL-ESTABLISHED AND COULD HANDLE THE CHEMICALS. THEY APPLIED INSECTICIDE EARLIER IN THE YEAR THOROUGHLY FOR LAWN PESTS. I CALLED PETE SEVERAL TIMES DURING THE YEAR WITH QUESTIONS AND HE WAS ALWAYS WILLING TO OFFER HIS ADVICE OR KNOWLEDGE. THE APPLICATION'S ARE VERY THOROUGH AND GENEROUS.
