I highly recommend Karolina and her team! When I contacted her for an estimate, she returned my call immediately and came over within 24 hours to give me an estimate. I look forward to coming home on Tuesdays to my clean house! They are very thorough and I often get compliments on how great my house looks from friends and neighbors. I have 2 large dogs and you would never know it because they do such a great job cleaning my home!

We have been extremely pleased with the cleaning services! They are always very punctual and even call or text us before each clean. They are by far one of the best housecleaning service providers that we've tried! And believe me, we have tried quite a few. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

I feel that the Cleaning Club has been the most professional cleaning company that I have worked with. I receive a phone call or text every night before the date to give me an idea of the time they will arrive. They have adjusted their schedule when I have needed to use their services on a different date or add a day into the month. All of the garbage is removed from the home and placed in the garbage pails in the garage. The group of cleaning people are extremely polite and thoughtful, especially if someone from the family is home at the same time. I feel that this company is 100% trustworthy and honest. Besides how fantastic the house looks after they have completed their job I always feel that this team has given their best effort and has not taken any short cuts! I always feel content knowing that I have such a terrific cleaning company in my home. I have used other cleaning services in the past. I have to say that working with the CLEANING COMPANY has been the best of experiences!

I took the afternoon off work to meet her at my house for the estimate. I waited the entire hour I was given that someone would show up and then waited some more. I was tired of waiting so I called her to see when she would be arriving. She FORGOT! She asked to reschedule but I do not want to start a business relationship with someone that can't remember her commitments. Very disappointing. If only she would have wrote down her appointments and been more organized this review could have been different.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE! She was on time. She walked through the apartment with me so i could show her the places that needed more attention. The result was amazing. It looked as though no one had ever lived there - it was so clean! Years of dirt and grime that I had tried on many occasions to eliminate myself... She was just THAT good. My landlord asked me for her information after we moved so they could have her clean out other apartments. I highly recommend these services!

We have a large house (11 rooms and 3 1/2 baths) and it took a crew of four 5 1/2-6 hours to complete. They did a great job and I have hired them to do regular cleaning. I think they are wonderful! Subsequent cleanings are not as expensive as the first one which was needed to to get rid of the grime.

I was happy with the results. They were efficient and I was satisfied. I would not hire then again solely due to the high cost.

We are new the the Brookfield area and arrived to find our rental condo clean, ( probably by a cleaning service),.....but we had some issues. We talked to our landlord and picked cleaning services LLc to do the tasks we wanted which was- specifically to get as much lime scale buildup from the bathrooms out and vacuum over the cabinets and tough to reach alcove/ dead space areas near the top of multiple walls in multiple roomsnalong with other specific areas of cleaning like filters and doors. Karolina set up an appointment for estimate promptly did a walk through with me where she talked about what her team would be able to do and her final service met the mark of the high expectation she had built with her visit. We were pleased with the result although she could not complete all the tasks in the estimated time which we believe was more due to the effort her team took to get our bathrooms rid of limescale the way we wanted rather than any inefficiency on their part. She kept to her estimate despite putting in more time but not being able to finish our list, which we felt was fair and we decided to have some more tasks finished on another day and worked out a reasonable charge. I was pleased with her team and have hired her to be our regular cleaning service.

I was very satisfied. Cleaning consisted of kitchen, bathroom hallway and front and back stairs. I would call them again and I have already recommend them to other people.

They were there right on time. The cleaning was very professionally done and they finished in less time than they quoted. The original estimate was $160, and the final charge came to just $100. I am very satisfied. How many contractors actually charge you LESS than their estimate? I'll be using Cleaning Club again, most definitely.

Cleaning Club was really good. They did an exceptional job. Two women came to do the cleaning and they were very meticulous. They took the time to figure out what it was that I needed to get done. They did a good job with everything, so I have no complaints.

Generally well, but I had to go over several areas.

We are extremely pleased with the cleaning servies provided by Cleaning Club. Carolina was very accommodating to our schedule, and called a day in advance to check and make sure we were still planning to have her come. She took time to walk through the house with me and asked what we all wanted to be done. We have had other cleaning services come to our house in the past, and this service out did anyone else we have tried. Another thing I really appreciated was that before leaving, Carolina explained an area in the bathroom that was too tight for her to reach between our tub and sink, and a stain in our tub that she couldn't remove. It was very nice to see that she was that thorough in her cleaning and she cares about showing her clients that she is paying attention to details. We had her quote us for her services if we hire her on a monthly basis in the future and it seemed very reasonable for this quality of work. We plan to use her as a regular cleaning service in the future and would recommend her to others.

Got to the home when they said, reviewed which rooms (did not want certain rooms done) would grab the most attention. They both did an awesome job splitting the duties and got right down to cleaning. I would recommend

I contacted the business on short notice to clean out my parents apartment after they moved. My call was returned promptly and they were able to accomodate. The owner Karolina is very helpful, polite and professional. They were on time, and finsihed also in a timely manner and removed all garbage. The end result was a very clean apartment. I was very happy with the service and I am looking to use them in the future for my residence.

They did a fantastic job! Karolina came to meet me and look at the house and she brought Izabella, who would actually clean the house. In the past i have met with the owner and gone overwhat I'd like cleaned and then the cleaner would come and not have a clue of my preferences. This way we were all on the same page, and both women were punctual and extremely kind and professional. They gave me a quote for how long it would take to clean and the price for a one time, deep cleaning. (and although they went a little over the time frame, it was still the price they had quoted!) When Izabela came back to clean, she was punctual and very kind. She got right to work and truly did a fabulous job. Over the years I have had multiple cleaners and none have ever been so thorough and professional. I have since then hired them to clean bi-monthly and am very happy with their consistency.

I initially contacted Karolina for a move-in cleaning job for my house. She and her team came on time and did an excellent job cleaning the entire house from top to bottom. They did such an amazing job I hired them to come clean the house every two weeks. They are very knowledgeble about products that work best and are safe. They take extreme care in cleaning the wood floors, blinds, and cabinets. They are also very friendly and a delight to chat with. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with them and look forward to continuing to use their services.

Carolina arrived on time with her team all ready to go. Carolina stayed throughout the clean. Everyone was busy all the time & Carolina very closely supervised and cleaned as well. Her work, personally, on the kitchen went beyond my "list" of to-do and was super! All floors looked great & both the powder room & master bath shone. No complaints from me! I need to have my floors-only done on a regular basis and I'm hoping to get some bids, as well as Carolina's bid, on that. I recommend the Cleaning Club--you will find Carolina very easy to work with.

The Cleaning Club did a very thorough job of cleaning and were punctual and pleasant. They were very accommodating about my schedule. I liked the fact that three of them would come and get the work done in one hour so my day was free.

It was a very good experience. In fact, I was very impressed because a Big Deal from another cleaning service fell through and Karolina stepped in to help me. She was very timely in fitting me in to her schedule. She is very courteous, clean, and made sure to check back with me.

Great! They were responsive, thorough, polite, professional and worked hard. I've since retained Cleaning Club for bi-weekly services and I am still pleased.
