+ -1 moreSTAY AWAY. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. AFTER MULTIPLE RE-DOS OF THE JOB, IT GOT WORSE, EVEN AFTER WE TOLD THEM EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED!!!
Description of Work: STAY AWAY. HIRED TO REMOVE OLD FLOOR COVERINGS (CARPET, LINOLEUM) AND REPAIR AND REFINISH UNDERLYING WOOD FLOORS FOR ENTIRE FIRST STORY OF HOUSE. WAS PROMISED WORK COMPLETED WITHIN ONE WEEK. RESULT WAS UNACCEPTABLE DUE TO SKIPPED SANDING STEPS, LACK OF CLEANING PRIOR TO FINISH RESULTING IN LOTS OF PARTICLES, HAIRS, AND FUZZ EMBEDDED IN FINISH. CAME BACK THREE TIMES TO REFINISH, FINAL TIME WAS THE WORST OF ALL. I WAS DISPLACED FROM MY HOME FOR 17 DAYS AND WITH JUNK TO SHOW FOR IT. I FIRED THEM AND AM NOW HIRING ANOTHER COMPANY TO FINISH THE JOB.
