I had a meeting at 11:00 AM at last min. I called adn they arrived in enough time for me to attend. This meant that they changed the initial appointment to clean my carpets for my beneift. The job was so much better than what I imagined. Ever carried in water for me.

The appointment was easily made. The service person came on time. He had a good pleasant attitude and did an excellent job. He even redid an area another carpet cleaning company had done only a couple of weeks previously. They do a good job cleaning carpets and do good spot cleaning.

Looks great, removed several spots and deep cleaned the walkways. All set for my grandchildren to play on.

Called to schedule appointment and responded quickly and we scheduled for the next week. Called just prior to arriving at my house to give me adequate notice he was on his way. Great surprise he told me I was over quoted on the carpet cleaning and total would be less. I asked him if he had time to add the cleaning of the rocker/recliner and he said no problem and that was extremely reasonable. He got right to work and was very honest about not needing any additional scotch guarding at this time. Finished within two hours and the carpet looks absolutely great. Also left small bottle of carpet cleaner for any touch ups needed because of cat. Very satisfied!!!

HE DID A FANTASTIC JOB. WE HAD A LARGE STAIN FROM COFFEE ON THE LIVING ROOM CARPET AND HE WORKED EXTRA ON THAT AREA AND WAS HONEST AND SAID IT MAY NOT COME OUT BUT IT WAS VERY SUCCESSFUL. HE ALSO GAVE ME EXTRA TIPS REGARDING CARE OF NEW CARPET. VERY PROMPT AND VERY PLEASED WITH SERVICE!
