Classic Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Could not believe the finished product. Looks clean and bright. Carpet probably good for many years. He pre-treated stairs (even risers are totally clean). Hallway-much traffic - looks fluffy and new. Cleaned all edges which no one ever did before. Did an entrance way carpet without my asking. Even changed a light-bulb I couldn't reach.

They were prompt, punctual and extremely courteous. They did a very good job on the stairway, couple of stains that I wanted removed from the hallway and bedroom were only partially removed.

The cleaners arrived on schedule and were very polite and professional. We initially hired them for 5 rooms and stairs, but during the work added two rugs and an extra set of stairs. They were more than happy to add these extra work and gave us a good price on the spot. Good company to do business with.

Crew arrived on time and worked from level to level. Carpets cleaned using hot water extraction. Small stains were completely removed. Carpets looked fresh and nearly new. Tile floors were washed and indivdual grout lines were sealed with roll on sealer. One stain reimerged in the basement after the crew left. They returned the next day and treated the stain, removing it completely. Heavy furniture that we did not want moved was put on foam blocks. Other items were moved as needed. The crew even moved bookcases and other furniture back into place when they came back to treat the stain in the basement. All in all, this was an exceptional cleaning experience.

Chris came on time. He came in as highly recommended. He did a fine job while working on some stains. Make sure you inform them about stairs if carpeted. There is extra charge for it.

This team was fabulous. They talked to me about stubborn stains and removed all but two. The two that were left were so faint I can barely even see them. They worked quickly but paid special attention to the areas I showed them that were badly stained. We almost went out and purchased new carpeting. Someone suggested we try carpet cleaning. I am glad we did, because the carpets looked like new when they were done.
