Classic Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

The service did not go well. I will not get them again. They did not get my carpet cleaned. They were quick in and quick out. It was very disappointing with them. They were very nice, but they did not get the carpet clean. We got them because there was a spot in the carpet and the spot never came out. The carpet literally felt crispy. It was not clean. So, I am back to the company I know that got a real good job and I just had them in. It did not turn out to be a good experience. They could have got the spot out and get the carpet cleaned. The price was a good price but not a good work. They responded and their punctuality was fine.

On time, checked to see if price was right. Checked if satisfied. Polite. Through job. Did mot try to upsell. Will recommend company to others.

It's a little hard to say. I hadn't lived there very long with my new husband, so I cant say for sure how ground in the dirt and stains were. I tried to spot clean the stains and also worked on the dirt buildup at the entrances to the rooms. I had worked with carpet cleaners in the past to help restore carpets in worse condition than these (for example when moving into a new place). They all ended up bright and clean after being professionally cleaned. I don't know why this wasn't the result this time. The carpets, only two years old, still had patches of dinginess and several of the stains, although showing some improvement, could still be seen. We have two cats and a smell of cat odor was still in the air. (A friend helped me out, and by following the instructions I gave her she was able to restore a fresh smell to our previous home.) I didn't contact the service provider because I had become ill in the meantime and was trying to cope with the move-in process at the same time. So maybe there was some sort of glitch in their normal cleaning process???

Mark and Jennifer did an excellent job working together. The carpets were cleaned beautifully - Mark even went over some spots or stains and applied a stain remover as well.

Classic carpet (Chris & Denis) arrived on time, did a thorough job cleaning. Explained any stairs that they couldn't remove. Chris had a sincere desire to do the job right & do it as close to perfect as he could.

I purchased this deal on Angie's List. They contacted me right away and were able to set up an appointment for the following week. The guys were on time, friendly and professional. We had a slight issue which was handled right away. I was very pleased with the professionalism of this company.

I bought the Angie's List deal and then added on an extra hallway and stairwell to have the carpets cleaned. Although I've had my carpets cleaned by others, this was the first time I used this company and was very pleased. They gave me an exact price when I added on the extra areas for cleaning, the guys were on time, friendly and professional. Was pleased with their work. They even placed any furniture on styrofoam so it wouldn't stain the rugs as the rug was drying. Would definitely use these guys again.
