This is our 4th time using Christina's and would highly recommend them.

There were two people on the job and it was done very quickly and professionally. All our questions were answered and they were competent in their work. We had a deal through Groupon to have the work done.

Very well, they weren't sure about one stain but they got it out

They came out to do basic carpet cleaning and protection. Two people came in, they were quick, in and out. I have used them before, and would use them again.

It went well. Due to a scheduling conflict, the original date needed to be moved and we found a date that worked for both of us. My wife was at home the entire time and said that things went smooth. One thing I did notice is that the carpets seemed to dry fast, meaning that they did a very good job of cleaning the carpets and not letting too much cleaning solution/water stay within our house (we have dogs and I'm always concerned about that).

Fantastic!! I have had several carpet cleaners over the years and this was my best experience yet! Their follow-up was second to none! They called to confirm my purchase stating that they would call the day before arrival to confirm (which they did), and said they would call when they were on their way (which they did). Two people showed up, asked what rooms I wanted done, and quickly set up and off they went. A short one hour later, 5 rooms had been cleaned and amazingly well and for only $112 (much cheaper than other companies I've used)!!! And never once tried to up-sell me!! I cannot say enough positive things about this company! Unfortunately, this level of customer service is far from the norm these days! Bravo Christina's Carpet!! I will definitely be using you again!

Very well - we could see a clear difference

They are so warm and friendly. They are very thorough. They pretreat all the spots, move any furniture i need them to and their equipment is very good yet also fast and efficient. When they leave my house smells amazing and the carpet is just slightly damp because their machine extracts so well. Within an hour or 2 it is completely dry. I highly recommend them for both carpet and upholstery!!! Amazing!!!!!!!!

Arrived on time and did an excellent clean of the carpets. They even pointed out trouble areas in the carpet.

It went quite well. I paid $89 more than the Angie's List price. In terms of our general carpeting, they did quite a good job. I've had better. On two of our white area rugs whatever solution they used, parts of the rug turned yellow and I'm not sure what to do about it. I did not call them back during the holidays and I just kind of switched the carpeting and put furniture on top of it, but I was not really pleased with what happened there. I'm not sure why it happened because I've had those cleaned before by other Angie's List providers, specifically there was one and they were wonderful. They were by far my favorite. When they cleaned it, it was fine. When Christina's cleaned it, parts of it turned yellow. I probably would look for another one at this point only because of what happened to those rugs.

It went quite well. They worked around furniture I couldn't move. They explained to me where spots could not be completely removed. I know those spots, they were lightened quite a bit and just barely visible. You had to know where they were or you wouldn't see them. They were very polite, called the day before the appointment, called when they were on there way, did a fantastic job. I would definitely use their services again.

This is the second time we've used Christina's and the carpets look great. We had an area that was the victim to a couple of bad dog "accidents" but it looks great now. We did have an area where our daughter had spilled some blue slime. They weren't able to remove the stain completely because of the dyes used by the slime but it looks a LOT better. The techs were friendly and worked very efficiently.

They arrived on time, 3 of them dived in a cleaned 2 bedrooms and a hallway in a short period of time, then cleaned the floor in the kitchen as they worked their way to the garage door and out. The carpet looks new---for much less money. I will definitely call them anytime I need work done.

Christina's was excellent. I called them on a Monday and they were able to come out that Friday. It only took them about a half an hour or so to complete the work. They were friendly and professional, and they offered me tips on how to keep the carpets looking new. I would highly recommend them.

They were very responsive and prompt. They did a good job and were in and out.
