About us

We are a locally owned, multi generational company and we take great pride in our work. Our employees are NOT subcontractors and are therefore trained by us personally with over 40 years experience. Since the employees are paid hourly there is no incentive for up-selling,so they will not push sales on customers. We use top of the line products and machinery, and everything we use is non-toxic. When necessary we can do jobs that are not typically accessible with a truck-mounted systems by using our hot water extraction portable unit. There are no hidden charges with us. The only fees we have are a travel fee to all counties and a 3% charge when paying with a credit card. PHOTOS ARE SMALL EXAMPLE OF TYPE OF RESULTS YOU WANT IN A CARPET SERVICE. It went fine.
Description of Work: They called the night before to remind us and then again the next day to give a time range of when they would be here. They arrived at our house mid afternoon as promised. They were professional as well as personable. They cleaned our family room and 12-15 stairs and a hallway. Both get a lot of traffic. They carpets look brand new now and we won't need to worry knowing that when our 1-year old granddaughter comes the next time that the carpet is clean.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in 3 rooms. Did a good job. Cleaners were fast and friendly. Only issue (which I admit was about 75% my fault) was that I misread an email about my original appointment date and did not give them my phone number to them to confirm my appointment, so I lost my original date. Just wished they would have followed up sometime in the 17 days between the first message and the message that I lost the appointment asking again to confirm. Service was great otherwise.

Description of Work: I was not impressed - I had 2 spots in my bedroom they didn't even try to get out - did something on a spot with an iron in the living room and said he wouldn't charge me for - never asked if I wanted scotch guard - I asked afterwards and of course I could for more money - just didn't seem professional at all - needed to use my hose for water.

We make all attempts to remove spots. Sometimes spots do not come out. We use the best spotters and chemicals available to the industry.There is no benefit in "NOT" removing a spot. The Red Food dye removal attempt with the steam iron, is something most services charge for. Including us. We did not charge because it added no time or expense to us and as a customer service issue. We carry our own garden hose and water. but sometimes it can't reach. Sometimes we need more water depending on size of the job. With this customers permission, we hooked up our hose to theirs. So we could reach. We are cleaners 1st. Salesmen last. We don't sell Scotch guard to all customers. Sometimes the carpets or fabrics wont benefit from its application. Yes we do have customers request Carpet and fabric protectors all the time and yes there is an additional charge. We apologies if you where unhappy with our service. We always ask our customers to call if they have a concern with any service, or spot issues after the job. We believe we did a good job at a fair price.
