Description of Work: This is a really great carpet cleaning company. The owner was super responsive and helpful on the phone, and got me scheduled at a time that was convenient for me. They showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. My carpets look fantastic and the price was very reasonable for the work done. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and have already recommended them to others.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in 3 bedrooms, small hallway and 13 stairs. | |They were punctual and cleaned as described above in less than a half hour. I had quite a few spots that I was sure wouldn't come out, but did. They also were able to get gum out of my son's carpet, which I was sure I'd have to cut out. The only spot that I can see is on our second step, which I don't remember being there. However, our stairs were pretty dirty and I am sure that the dirt was masking the stain and it was just too difficult to bring it all up. | |They don't push their services on you. Rather, they just suggest what you may need for that or the next time the carpet is cleaned. I decided on a couple of add ons, including the stairs, which was less than $20 - that was a pleasant surprise. Some companies will charge quite a bit for stairs. |

Description of Work: The deal was for upholstery cleaning of one couch and one chair. The couch wasn't noticably dirty, but had developed a mildewy smell. After cleaning, the owner was able to apply something to inhibit that in future. The chair was very dirty, and he cleaned it up remarkably well.
