Description of Work: I had all carpeted areas in my home cleaned, including stairs and hallway. The crew that came out was very courteous and did a great job. The carpet on my stairs was so clean that when our friend came over they noticed it right away and commented on how great it looked. I would definitely use Christina's again!

Description of Work: They do a good job. I have used them a few times. They are very reliable. we had some issues on the second time about price. They give you an estimate per room, but then they change it because of size of room. when I asked why they charged me different the first time, the answer was to gain you as a customer. I did not appreciate that. they did refund me the overcharge, but since then I always pay more that what they advertise. At least I know it by now.I like them and I keep on hiring them.

Description of Work: They came in to shampoo 3 rooms, dining room, family room and living room. The carpeting was not cleaned since 1985 (30 years) and I thought for the price I would take a chance on having it cleaned. I could not believe the end result of the 3 people who came in to do the work. They were quick, professional and friendly and the rooms look great. Even the dining room which has to be crossed to get to the other rooms and had a definite "path" cleaned up to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: they clened our carpets and did a wonderful job. my only complaint is they didn't move the beds or othere large objects as they stated they wouls - so those areas did not get cleaned.

Description of Work: I had the carpets previously cleaned by another company and they did not get 2 big dirt spots out of the carpet. They said that was the best they could do and the stains could not be removed. I was not satisfied with the work so I contacted Christina's Carpeting. They went over the dining room and living room area again. They did get the spots out. I was very happy with their work. I am not quite sure of the date, but it was before Oct. 1st, 2014 when the tenant moved in. I would certainly recommend them to others. I plan to use them in the future.

Description of Work: The service was prompt and thorough and they removed a variety of stains completely. My only concern was how wet the carpet was- wondered about the floor beneath. Took 36 hours to dry.

Description of Work: They cleaned my carpet and stairs in a 3 bedroom condo, only in the area where people walk. The woman gave me tips to help me keep the carpet clean. |There were 2 people, one did the cleaning and the did the spots, and made sure everything was done well. They even did a throw rug for free.
