Christina's Carpet Care

I want to say these guys from Christina's Carpet Care did a excellent job in cleaning all my rooms and stairs. I am just overwhelmed of how great a job they did. Moving items around and getting to the core of the dirt in the carpet by deep cleaning, I feel I am in new place and the carpet looks like when I first moved in 91/2 years ago. Great Job! They service was great...I lost a long haired dog about a month ago and they were able to get all of his hair up that wouldn't come up with the vacuum, took out several stains that other places couldn't get our were absolutely reasonable and a pleasure to work with I give them a 10 all around!

They showed up when scheduled and worked efficiently to get our carpet clean. They removed some minor spotting and paid special attention to the areas of heavy wear.

They followed up immediately with scheduling an appointment, and called when they were on the way and this was done within one week. They showed up on time and were very professional. They went above & beyond by also cleaning my area rugs in this room since their equipment was sitting on them. The only snag I found was when I scheduled this appointment, they mentioned an additional $12 travel charge due to the distance I was from their location. At first, I was not happy about this, but decided to follow through with this appointment. I ended up being more than happy with the results, especially how they went above & beyond to clean everything in my living room.

First of all, They are very punctual and very prompt in communication. They called day before and on their way home. I liked their service very much. They used special products to remove some of the stains. Final outcome was outstanding. We are very satisfied with the carpet. Its transformed into very clean carpet in high traffic areas. I would recommend for anyone.

After the carpet was cleaned it had a smell of mildew. I figured it was because of the carpet was still wet. I waited until the next day when it would dry. The smell was still there. I called Christina's immediately and they said they would come out at 2PM that same day. However, no one showed. I called them back at 3:30 to ask where they were and she said someone did come out, however no one in the home answered.(I was home all day). She said they would come immediately. They got to our house in 5 min. As she came in, she said they had gone to the wrong house earlier. They deodorized our carpet and that worked for about 2 hours. However, the smell came back. I called Christina's the next day and they were accommodating and friendly on the phone. Very nice and professional. They didn't question me, other than ask what the smell was like. They looked at their schedule and came out immediately to redo the entire carpet. After the 2nd cleaning my carpet now smells good and are clean. I don't know if I would use them again - but their staff was friendly and curious. and after the 2nd cleaning my carpets are where I wanted them to be.

I purchased a carpet cleaning certificate for my parents. When my mom called Christina's to schedule the cleaning, they were very accommodating and helpful. The technicians arrived on time, were polite and very personable. They were able to get stains out that previous companies could not. Because much of the cleaning involved only traffic patterns, they cleaned additional small areas in 2 bathrooms. The results were fantastic! The carpets never looked better and my parents were so pleased!

They were on time and very efficient. They moved all the heavy furniture (we only have to move the small items (i.e., coffee table, lamps, etc.). They first vacuumed the entire area, then used their odor removal procedures to get rid of the cat smell. The entire process took about 1 1/2 hours. They did return all the furniture when finished. Before leaving, they gave us suggestions about future care of the carpeting, speeding up the drying time by using the ceiling fans, etc. The next, after the carpet was completely dry, we noticed the cat odor was completely eliminated.

Great communication from vendor. Called to confirm appointment. Showed up early. Diligently worked to our satisfaction. Answered all questions with confidence and provided suggestions. Will use again.

I was at work and my 90-year-old mother was at home. When I returned home, frankly I was disappointed. The wear areas still looked dirty and the carpet looked kind of dingy. In addition, my mother had asked to have her favorite couch cleaned. She was charged $44 and the couch was still stained. You may be asking why I gave an "A" rating then. It's because of how this company stood by their work and the after care I received. The next day, a Saturday, within an hour of calling, a crew was at my house. They worked further on the wear areas which I knew would not come out looking like new. But, they came close. They clean-rinsed the rest of the areas and the color came back to new. For my Mom's sofa, they could tell by looking that it wouldn't come clean and agreed that it should have been noted prior to the service. Since that didn't happen, they refunded my Mom's money. The whole time, the office and crew were professional and stood by their service without making me feel like I was in the wrong. I will be calling Christina's again and this time will have them clean carpets in the entire house!

I received a reminder call the day before...it was even Easter Sunday! The crew was very professional, prompt, and went straight to work. A thorough review was done at the end of the job. I will use them again and plan on scheduling furniture cleaning soon!

We bought the big deal for whole house cleaning. Rebekah arrived with her crew on time. Cleaned everything they were suppose to clean. Very friendly. Did a GREAT JOB and explained everything they did. Would definitely use them again.

This company is very professional in its communication -- they made it clear how to prepare for the cleaning. They arrived on time and removed stains we'd thought would be impossible to remove. We will definitely use them again!

Overall good job at a good price.

The team was very thorough and were able to remove stains that were very set into the carpet in a few areas. There was only one stain that could not be completely removed, which I myself had worked on several times and was unable to fully extract. They were able to get more of that stain out than I had previously. Couches were lifted and end tables were moved to ensure that a larger portion of the carpet was cleaned. Very friendly, courteous staff.

The owner and his employees returned 3 TIMES AT NO EXTRA CHARGE before the smell was completely gone. It would look and smell great and then the next day there would be a return of the spot and smell. Throughout the process, they were pleasant and cheerful, explaining their ideas and what they were doing each step of the way. I got discouraged thinking about having to replace carpet, but they kept assuring me they would be back until the smell was gone. It is gone and I am very pleased with the result and their work ethic.

Christina's Carpet Care did a wonderful job, not just in terms of the service provided (they cleaned the carpets and got stains out that I didn't think would come out at all), but the overall interaction with the company was wonderful. Within 48 hours of purchasing the big deal, they contacted me to schedule the cleaning (which was scheduled within a week) and when they showed up, they were professional and got right to work. Overall, I couldn't have been happier with the service and professionalism of the staff, from scheduling, to getting my reminder of the service the day before, and the guidance of things to consider after the service was done (how long the carpet would be wet for, what furniture was safe to put back in specific time-frames, etc...).

I had a wonderful experience with them. I have a leather sofa and the leather was not in a good shape. The back of cushions and the bottom of my leather sofa was stained. He worked and worked to get remove it and it is 98% better. He was very informative and told me all about how the cleaning stuff works.

They did steam cleaning for my moving out needs and did a good job on removing the dirt and most of the stains. Very professional and answered all the questions I had. The work they did for the price was great.

I purchased a big deal for this service and it worked out alright. I paid extra for the sofa. The main thing was they came in and got right to it. The rooms are pretty large so it was a fairly significant amount of carpet. I think they took care of it all pretty well. I don't have any issues; everything worked out pretty well.
