Christina's Carpet Care

Liz was very nice easy to talk to and she read the list I wrote. She left a receipt and note when she left. I sat in the recroom, drank my coffee and read the paper while she worked She came down once to check in her progress. The entire house looked and felt cleaner!

Scrubbed bathroom floors, sink, toilet, tub. Dusted living room furniture. Vacuumed the living room. Neatest up the living room! Kitchen counter floors. Appliances. Really all the kitchen. The whole house looked neater and cleaner when I was back on the top floors!

They did a great job and also provided great tips for caring for our rugs and carpet. They showed up in their two hour window and were polite and efficient.

The carpet looks no better than before they cleaned it! A friend referred me to a different service which she said was able to get out nail polish, juice stains and gum but I used Christina's since it was an Angie's list special. Christina's service barely got out any stains. There was only one large stain they were able to remove, other than that the nail polish, juice stains and the entire stairway still has black spots all over it. The cleaner told us the only way to get those out was to sit with a tweezers and take out each fleck of lint. Very disappointed! You would never know it was cleaned professionally by looking at it.

We purchased this service as a special deal through Angie's List, so the price was unbeatable. Even at the discounted price, we feel that we received great service. Scheduling the appointment was easy. The day before, Christina's called as a reminder. On the day of the cleaning, they arrived promptly at the scheduled time. A team of three arrived, took a quick assessment of the rooms, and gave us an estimate of an hour and a half. The team worked well together, very friendly and very efficient. They finished within the estimated time, and the carpeting looks wonderful!! They explained that everything should be dry within 24 hours. The bedrooms were dry the same day, so we were able to move the furniture back into those room. The other rooms were dry the following day, as explained. Again, the carpets look amazing, and the team worked professional and efficiently. We would DEFINITELY use Christina's Carpet Care again in the future. Thanks!

I was so pleased with the quality job that Christina's Carpet Care did on our home! They removed spots on our carpets that I thought would never come out and had been there from the previous home owners. Their prices are so affordable and they even cleaned my small entry rug complimentary on their way out. I will use Christina's again and have already referred all of my neighbors and friends to them!

The three young men did a wonderfull job

We purchased a coupon through Angie's list and the responsiveness from the company was excellent! A team of three individuals came and they cleaned all of our rooms in approximately 20 minutes. It was very fast and the carpets were very clean afterward. Our house had more rooms than the coupon covered, but since we picked up well for them, they did all of the rooms at no additional charge. I would highly recommend them!

They did an awesome job on our furniture. I asked him about another couch they did not clean but gave me advice about it. They are very professional and very good.

Two people came in from Christina's Carpets. They were thorough, clean, followed through with what needed to be done, friendly, and cleaned a couch and chair and ottoman, which wasn't in the Angie's List request. Excellent company. I would use them again.

Judging by other prices for other services that offered 3 rooms for about the same price, I wanted the couch done as well however I only got the floor done for about the same price as a 3 room option even though there was only 1 room. The carpet still smelled a little bit and it was not gone entirely. Overall, it wasn't a bad job, but I did find some stain spots still in the carpet and the smell lingered a bit so not great. They were very professional however, courtious on the phone, and they did warn that not all smells would come out. We've moved out of the area since and were able to sell our house so that was a positive, I just don't think it was quite an A.

After moving into a new house, I contacted Christina?s to come out and clean the carpets. I wasn?t sure if the carpet was worth saving as stains and dog hair were prevalent. I couldn?t be happier that I made the call! The beige carpets look like new! Stains that I didn?t even think would come out were wiped away. The house smells and looks clean. I was even given tips about maintaining the carpet. I was appreciative that they worked hard to get me an appointment that worked with my schedule! Thank you so much!

The service workers were great. they explained everything well and seemed to be cautious of our property. They were very quick and courteous. It was great having people who cared about the service they were giving. We will defiantly use in the future.

The carpet had some really dirty spots and they were able to get those tough spots removed. It surprised me since I have had it done before and previous companies could not get them removed. They arrived on time and cleaned up everything nicely. The main thing to me is that they did a great job. The carpet is clean and their price was reasonable.

She did a bad job and I would never use her again. I didn't like her service and I felt like I had more spots afterwards. There was tracked dirt afterwards. I used her because of a coupon. It was probably another $25 for the steps. They were professional, timely, and I wasn't pleased with the product. The spots showed up when it dried. The price was fine and a waste of my money.

Well done! We'd already called them to clean carpets in the house we'd moved out of. We liked their service well enough to call them a month or so later to do our NEW house. Will call again--the single "B" is because, unlike the first time, the equipment broke down, which extended the work for a few hours while either new equipment was picked up or repairs were made. But still, a good job, with no weird chemical smell later.
