Christina's Carpet Care

We bought the deal from Angie's list. My wife and I were overly concerned with square footage as I've had carpet cleaners in the past who have walked in and tried to tell us a 200 sq ft room was two rooms or a room plus a hallway. Christina's did none of that. We told them what room we wanted, they said "no problem." The crew was friendly, prompt, and courteous. One even took a few minutes to greet my dog (before we put here behind a gate.) They worked quickly. But most importantly communicated everything they were doing. They were very detailed about the condition of the carpet and post-cleaning instructions.

Cleaned my living room, hallway and 2 bedrooms. However, they didn't get a few light stains (traffic pattern) out. I called the company and the owner is sending someone back out within a week. Otherwise great job!

Excellent job, the carpeting is old, but looks great after they cleaned it. So far no stains have returned and it still looks great. I wanted an environmentally friendly carpet cleaning as we have a cat and I have allergies. The products they used were excellent. Overall a great job and would definitely use them again.

Some stains returned a few days after they had done the carpet cleaning. I called them - they returned and re-did these stained areas and, so far (a month later), the stains have not returned.

I purchased an Angie's list deal and was very happy with the service provided. I was able to set up a Saturday appointment and they confirmed the day before and called prior to arriving within the estimated time frame. Rebecca went over what they would do and what to expect. They were quick, efficient and very professional. The carpets all turned out great. I was most worried about the stairs - almost black and gray with spots on the tread and it cleaned up beautifully. I would definitely recommend them.

Christina's provided exceptional quality in every aspect of our contract. They readily accommodated a change in the scheduled service date without a problem. They placed a LIVE reminder call not only the day before...but also an hour before the scheduled arrival time. ( no pre-recorded messages here). :) The crew arrived on time and immediately set to work by moving some furniture. As I'm disabled, I can't express how much I appreciated that extra special touch. The crew then began the cleaning process by pre-treating all the heavily trafficked areas. After that, they addressed all the carpeted rooms, stairways and halls and even included a very dirty 5x8 run in the foyer !!! While one crew member ran the cleaning apparatus, the other followed behind to wipe dry all the baseboards and bare floor areas and replaced some of the furniture. BOTTOM LINE...... The whole house looks terrific ! The carpeting looks brand new with no evidence of stains. The crew could not have been more courteous and helpful. They understood my disability and were willing to help me. They paid exceptional attention to all the details with efficiency and left behind thoroughly cleaned carpeting throughout the house. Would I recommend Christina's to others ? .... ABSOLUTELY ! Would I employ their service again ?.....ABSOLUTELY !! Great Service... Great Price... Great Quality... That's Christina's

Used them as part of a "big deal" special. They were professional and courteous and did an amazing job with our very old, very dirty white carpets! Did add on a hallway and an area rug to the big deal for only $20, which I thought was a great deal (especially considering the condition of the hallway!) Would definitely use them again!!

I was not on site at the time but my Tennants gave a good report. I liked the fact that they called first and were right on time. They emailed me the invoice which had a detailed description of the carpets condition before and after. This is a very investor friendly service provider.

Superb. The house was empty, so it was easier for them, but the did a great job. Showed up on time, good estimate of how long it would take. Told me things about the previous owners of the house just by looking at the carpet. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. A+

cleaned all the carpet, ( a very large amount) in the entire house. It was well worth it.

Outstanding. Will be using again and again. Did a fantastic job and they are super friendly respectful and they like DOGS. Some carpet cleaners have been weary of having animals in the house, but not them! They are dog lovers, too.

I was contacted and notified by the crew (3) that they were on their way and was given a approximate time of arrival, they were on time and very professional. I was greatly concerned about the hallway carpet as it is the most traveled area and there were many stained spots, I was told with confidence that they would be able to take care of those. I am happy to report that they were able to do the rooms and hallway in a shorter period of time than I had expected and all rooms look great and as communicated the hallway carpet looks like new!!! Again, great service and I will absolutely use their service again and recommend them to everyone I know who may need their carpet cleaned!!

Paul and Peter did a great job! I received a conformation call the day before and a call shortly before they arrived saying they were on their way. They did their job well and quickly. There was only one stain they couldn't get out. They moved furniture that I could not so that they could clean everywhere. I will use them again in the future!

They were reasonably priced, on time, very professional team of 3 who cleaned 4 rooms, 2 stairways, a hall, 3 sofas, 2 chairs, and 2 area rugs. We were very pleased with the quality of their work.

It went great. They showed up on time, did the job in about 2 hours, cleaned up and left. Sofa and chair dried within 24 hours. Looks 100% better. Would definitely hire again. I purchased a deal on Angie's List but do not recall how much I paid. It was definitely under $100.

.Christina (I assume) and a young man arrived on time. I showed them the carpets and they began to clean. One carpet in a high traffic area was so dirty I was embarrassed to have them try to clean it but they did and it looks great. The other carpets also look great. What they cleaned were one wall to wall carpet and three large area rugs. They were efficient and I thought the price was good.

They promptly arrived and cleaned the carpets. The supervisor also gave us an explanation of carpet types when told we were considering replacement of the high quality loop style carpet in the family room, and advised they could be called for suggestions when we narrow the replacement choice between a couple options.

I hired them for my in-laws and they did a great job communicating with them and I was told they were very responsive in dealing with them and some issue areas. I have previously used them in my own house and the work was fantastic. They are now my go to for professional carpet cleaning.

The young men from Christina's Carpet Care did a phenomenal job. They were punctual, courteous, attentive to detail and accommodating to clean a few dirt spots on a carpet in another room. The carpets were left extremely clean and smelled fresh. This is the second time I have used their services and I will continue to use them for my carpet cleaning needs. This is first time I will ever give a service provider straight A's.
