Christina's Carpet Care

Arrived promptly. Were knowledgeable about their work. Understood how to treat dog stains. Rugs looked great.

I purchased a "Big Deal" from Angie's List in November and scheduled Christina's for December. They responded with an email confirmation on one of the dates that I had selected. They called the day prior and when they were on the way to the house. All went well, the carpet was well cleaned although did not come out as the technician thought it would. I knew that they would add a fee for the stairs, however the deal did not mention a $15 trip charge. Over all however the fee was reasonable for the amount of work done. I will most likely use them again.

Let me first say, that THIS is how proper customer service should be. The deal purchase was yesterday, December 16th, 2015. I spoke with Paul at length on the phone about various options, and he explained to me in great detail about their process. I told him what kind of stains that we had, what I had previously tried/done myself, and he was pretty confident that they could handle it. He was able to accommodate me, for service THE NEXT DAY, that being today, December 17th, 2015. His daughter, Rebekah and two other crew members came closer to the front half of the time frame window. They worked hard, and efficiently. I also got protectant applied, due to the aforementioned toddler, and her juice drinking practices. I was given a full explanation of what they did, and what they noticed/encountered while doing the job. Rebekah was kind enough to inform me that if I paid by check, that it would be 3% cheaper than paying by card. She also told me that if I turned my ceiling fan on and kept the temperature between 65 and 75 degrees, that it would aide in reducing the dry time. I am 100% satisfied, and plan to use them for carpet cleaning in the future!

The crew arrived on time and zipped through all four rooms in 45 minutes. They were professional, courteous, and thorough. We'll defiantly use them again for carpet cleaning. Looking forward to trying out their upholstery cleaning service too.

The two individuals that did the work at my house were very courteous and professional. They explained everything they were doing and were very respectful of my home while they works - putting down tarps and towels as needed. Although I didn't examine the dirty water at the end, I am confident that my carpets were cleaner when they left than when they arrived.

Rebekah showed up with her helper right on time. We went over my needs and they went right to work. They were Very professional and helpful, quick and did a great job!

Rebekah and Adam arrived right on time. I received a reminder call the day before, and they called about 15 minutes prior to arrival. Upon arrival they inspected all the rooms, and we discussed the stains that were present and the likelihood of them coming out. Although all of the stains did not come out, they tried their best and I didn't expect miracles. Carpet cleaning is a tricky business, and I had reasonable expectations. They were very courteous and professional, and even lifted furniture I couldn't remove from the room to clean underneath. I certainly didn't expect that but was glad that they did it!! Have already recommended them to a friend!

WOW - We were very impressed with Christina's Carpet Care at every level. We responded to a recent Angie?s List promotion covering $112.00 for carpet cleaning for 4 rooms, which we were able to modify to add rooms and additional services (pet deodorizing). Christina?s contacted us promptly to schedule a confirmed time to come to our home. They called to confirm the apt both the day before and the day of to let us know when they would be arriving. The staff was VERY professional and polite, and the quality of the work was outstanding. We feel we got a great value for the price. We will definitely use Christina's Carpet Care again and would recommend them to anyone.

Scheduled time for between noon and 2 pm with office person or owner. Received call from both Adam and Peter that they were on their way at 12:15 or so. They arrived at my home at 12:33 and were a complete delight. We walked through and discussed everything and I asked if they'd be ok cleaning a couple of decent sized bedrooms upstairs and they were completed cool with it. It's good to see young people take pride in what they do and Peter and Adam were awesome representatives of Christina's Carpet Care.. I'll definitely be using Christina's again and will not hesitate to refer a friend their way. I've used (Stanley Steemer and TJB Services, LLC and was looking for someone new. It is my opinion that Christina not only performs at a higher level in quality care they also provide a great value for many of us who are trying to extend the dollar.

They are amazing. What I love about them is their professionalism. They do a great job considering how badly (in my opinion but it may not be bad at all) the carpet looked. They love my dogs. They're great with dogs....refer them to my dog clients!Ce

Christina's worked hard with our tight schedule and actually took a discount from the $112 and they could have charged for a New Berlin residence. They came when they said and did a fine job.

It went very well. They were punctual, professional and did a very good job in cleaning the carpeting. Whatever they used to clean the carpet gave the whole house a very clean aroma. I would definitely use them again.

Overall they did good work. They had reasonable pricing.

Pretty impressive. Didn't think some of the areas would clean well after years of kids back and forth especially in high traffic areas. Carpets look great - they arrived on time and were very efficient cleaning about 1500 sq. ft in less than two hours. One of the guys was even scrubbing individual areas of the carpet on hands and knees. Will definitely use again. Nice and easy at a good price. 5 stars all the way around.

After purchasing the "big deal" for $99 for 4 areas I also inquired how much more for 3 additional rooms, a hall and a complete stairway. I was quite amazed how reasonable the quote was and I agreed to the price. Christiana's showed up on time, was professional and went to work. I have had other "National" carpet cleaners at my home and they all did a good job and was happy with their service but.......Christiana's did an extraordinary job. The carpet in the entire house was pretreated, I did not have to ask for that, no other service did that, they pretreated spots and I had to point out them out. With 2 Labrador Retrievers , traffic marks were always hard to get out and were never quite all gone. Christiana's got them out. Deodorizing was always extra with the other National cleaners and really never worked. With Christiana's it was part of the big deal and the carpet was left smelling refreshed. I am really quite pleased with the job they did. No extra pressure to purchase any other service. My next cleaning will be Christiana's Carpet Service, without question!

I wasn't home on the day of service. They came and gone without anyone there so I didn't have direct face to face contact to comment on professionalism. They did call me before they came. My husband and I moved some small furniture out of the way and all of our decoration on top of the furniture so the crew can be more freely moving the furniture around. I loved the work they did on all of the area rugs, clean and dried very fast. The sofa looks great. It was an old sofa from my great aunt (96), she had it for a long time, it was getting oily. It looks very clean now. One of the reason I choose Christina's is after reviewing all those reviews about how clean and almost new look of the carpet after the work was done. I am afraid the work done in our living room did not live up to my expectation. In our living room, we have looped carpet (beige color), it is a rather large living room. Along the edge of the living room, there is darker area along the edge of the wall (later I learned it's called filtration soil), I just assumed this whole carpet will look clean however the edge along the wall still looked dirty, and seemed dirtier by contrast because now the center of the carpet looked cleaner. I called Christina's carpet inquire about this, Rebecca replied that cleaning the edge of the carpet (filtration soil) is not part of the service. This is the first time we hired professional to do clearn our carpet, we generally did the carpet cleaning ourselves and were able to do a decent job but can't seem to get the edge clean. So we hired professionals hoping to get it done right. it was a remiss for us to not clarify about the filtration soil but one just assumed the whole carpet gets cleaned. I'd definitely use Christina's for area rug and upholstery but not sure about the carpet because of the filtration line. I don't want to have to a lot more to get the edge cleaned.

Great job carpets turned out better then expected. Chairs looks good and everything smells wonderful. Would definitely use they again

Got the call they were on the way, 3 guys showed up and got to work. I called them because I had some problem stains that needed attention and glad I did. Cleaning the carpet was much more cost effective than replacing it. They did a great job, paid attention to detail and spent extra time on the problem areas. It all went quickly - so good I gave them a $20. tip and told them to stop at culvers and have a hot fudge sundae on me since I was their last stop of the day.

The three young men who came to provide carpet cleaning service were awesome. The explained everything, offered a suggestion for carpet stretching and were overall very pleasant to work with. I felt very comfortable with them in my home.

This was one of the best decisions we ever made. The crew was awesome! We never thought our carpets would look this good again. We are so happy. Great value. Only took half hour for work to be done. Everything was perfect! We are very happy with the job they did. We'll have them back again!

They arrived when promised and were here about an hour. The carpeting looks much better. They did a great job. They were even able to remove some stains in the basement carpet that had been there for several years.

They were right on time and got right to work. I showed them the troubled spots on the carpet and they worked extra h****** getting those spots up, which they did. I have 4 cats and I needed the carpets deodorized too and they did a great job with that also. They were friendly and showed me what they had cleaned in comparison to what needed to be cleaned yet.....what a difference! I had most of my furniture moved out of the rooms except the sofas and they asked if I wanted those moved so they could clean under them. My carpets look brand new again. There were no surprises in the price. What I was quoted, was what I paid. I am extremely satisfied and will recommend them to all my friends. I will definitely have them out again to get the rest of my carpets done. GREAT JOB!!
