Rebecca and her team were punctual, professional, and most importantly, did an amazing job. I highly recommend Christina's to anyone looking for outstanding service at a great value.

This is a textbook small business that everyone in the Milwaukee area should use on a regular basis. Business is run by father and daughter. The prices are very competitive. They will call you the day before to confirm your appointment. They will then call you when they are in route to your place. They are prompt, efficient, and very effective. I will most definitely use this business moving forward as a homeowner.

They did a great job, very punctual and explained what they were doing before starting. Nice work!

Let's just say that you get what you pay for. I chose this company because of the positive reviews and the $99.00 price. They did a good job on the bedrooms. We have some original 70s shag carpet in them and they came out clean and fresh. The job was not so good on our cream berber carpet in the rest of the areas. They were still dirty. We did comment on that when they were here We were told that that was the best they could do, maybe sunlight had affected it (darkened it?). There were also some really light spots that they said were bleached. I had used hydrogen peroxide to spot clean up some stains. After the carpets had dried, we had stripes of light and dark in the living room plus the light spots. We did not and will not contact this company to come back since we believe them when they say that this was the best they could do. We had a well known competitor that I used three years ago come out and reclean the living room and stairs. It cost more but guess what: the carpet is uniformly cream colored and there are no more light spots. So this is why they rate the Cs. A for the bedrooms, D for the berber, averages a C. Please note that we do not want to be contacted by this company, we do not want a price adjustment, we just wanted to tell our story.

It turned out great, they did a good job. I took advantage of the deal I bought on the deal page. They were very thorough and there was a small little rug and I said that was not part of the deal and he said oh there is nothing to it and did it for me. He explained the process and got in and got out, put the little protective covers on feet of the furniture. They did a good job.

They first time I had them they were wonderful but this time round I wasn't as impressed. It was different people that came this time. I asked them if they would be picking up something going underneath the furniture and they said yes but they didn't. They left areas that weren't cleaned and in general I was just not happy with them. I was really shocked because the first time they came they were outstanding but it was different people that were sent. It was two young guys and I really felt like they trying to come in, get it done and get out. They also spilled some of their liquid which stained a piece of furniture. The whole thing was not professional. I was really disappointed.

Friendly, on time, and did a really good job cleaning the carpet. Also, noted stains or spots that couldn't be removed and why. Obviously not every stain can be removed so the explanation was nice. Carpets look much brighter and cleaner.

Arrived on time and were very professional and quick with the cleaning. Purchased the deal on Angie's List for 4 rooms at $99. Would definitely hire them again.

They did a great job! The only thing we found odd was that they used our outdoor water faucets vs providing their own. I wasn't aware this is how it worked, but they did a great job and the carpeting looked great. Will be using again.

The price was pretty reasonable. The quality was pretty good. They were on time.

Everything went well. They were right on time. and did an excellent job. I especially liked that they had a designated person to review everything with me. She was able to answer questions and give explanations.

Rebekah, Nick and a third crew member whose name I missed arrived early in the appointment window. We reviewed the work to be done (which rooms to skip, how much furniture they'd have to work around, any particular stains or problem areas). I explained that my husband works from his home office upstairs and had a phone conference coming up, so they started upstairs in order to be done before that time. They were courteous, quick, and thorough. When they were done, they walked me through the house to show any problem areas (the stain none of us thought would come up had disappeared!) and explain dry-down time. It took less than an hour and a half for the entire project. I would absolutely recommend Christina's and would use them in the future.

They did an awesome job. Very thorough! They will even move small furniture/accessories so more of the room is complete. I have a tiny closet and they cleaned the floor in my closet for free.

All went very well. The cleaners were on time and were in and out very efficiently. No hidden charges or upgrade fee. No pressure to buy more services. Deal was as advertised and we were very happy with the results.

The carpets turned out great (with the exception of some staining that was there previously - no carpet cleaner can get out all staining). I felt like this was a great price as well. There was some minor damage that occurred during the process, that Christina's (to their great credit) came back and fixed. I would definitely use them again.

Christina's did an awesome job! They were on time, very polite, and they worked very hard. The results were outstanding! There was only one small area that required a re-do and they came back right away, no hassle at all. Wow! This is a really great group of people! They do outstanding work for a very reasonable price. Great guys, excellent job. They cleaned up some pretty bad spots. They moved the super heavy furniture. Completely satisfied. We hired them last year and will do so again next year.

Christina's Carpet Care came and cleaned three large areas (MBR, Living, Dining), honoring a special they had just ended. I was in need of someone quick as we're moving in and they were able to come out 2 days after I called them. They were on time, very professional and quick. Great job and would recommend.
