Very good. They gave a window of when they could do the work and called the day ahead to confirm and then again the day of the service 15 minutes before they arrive. They did a professional job. Very pleased with them

Rebecca and Dan were on time, professional, and efficient. My carpets look much better! They removed several stains, getting out all but the hardest varnish stains. I would definitely call them again.

My carpets have never looked better, I can't believe they even cleaned under the couches! While they couldn't get out every stain I thought they did a great job and would hire again in a second.

They were very efficient. They backed up the truck in the driveway and within 15 minutes and had all of the equipment loaded and hooked up. One guy was spot treated and the other guy was cleaning. It was amazingly quick. They cleaned any exposed carpet that needed cleaning, even in the closets. The only negative was that they didn't move any furniture.

They arrived on time and worked diligently to get the job done. I'm sure a lot of dirt was removed from the carpets but, honestly, it is hard to see a visible difference. Note: I am slow at writing reviews - the late timing does not indicate in any way I was not satisfied with their service.

As well as could be expected. Pretty ground in dirt, but some is brighter than it was. They were very friendly and it was a very good experience. I was aware that the carpet was old in the LR, about 20 yrs, so wasn't expecting miracles.

We did not have any complaints regarding the service provider and certainly not the price, however the carpets did not seem as clean as we would have expected them to be. Hour home is only two years old and after having the carpets cleaned, they did not smell clean and have a mild odor to them.

It was very good. I was very happy. I would use them again. They called to confirm each time I had an appointment. They were very professional. Two individuals came. One guy was a supervisor and he spent time educating me on different products and different types of carpets in the household and the best way to maintain to clean and maintain them. I was very pleased. The work was great. Their responsiveness was excellent.

I had several rooms cleaned and was pretty pleased except that they didn't clean under my bed. It was not difficult to do....the spread didn't come to the floor and you could easily see under the bed. I didn't expect them to move the bed, just clean under it. When I called the next day to complain, they offered to send someone out to redo it, but I had already moved my furniture back and didn't want to bother. Otherwise, they were pleasant and neat and did a beautiful job for a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again!

The gentlemen that did the work were very professional, efficient and cordial. I do not fault the actual cleaners in any way. After I paid $112 for the service with Angie's list, I received a call from Christina's Carpet clean. I spoke with a gentleman named Paul. We agreed on a time and date. Then I asked him if there would be a possibility of having a chair and sofa and two 12x12 rooms cleaned rather than four rooms. He indicated that would be no problem. Ialso indicated that due to a hip replacement and my age I could not move furniture and asked if they did that and he said "yes...we wouldn't want you to move furniture, we can do it". I thanked him and we hung up. There was no mention at all of an additional cost. Today when they started to clean I was told there would be an additional $45 due because their order was for only two rooms of Carpet and one chair. I asked the cleaner tocheck with Paul in the office and Paul, per the cleaner, said he did remember our conversation, but there was still an additional charge. (I see below that a picture would be helpful, however I still can't move the furniture to take a picture to show that it was not moved)

They were professional, efficient and communicated with me. I would hire them again.

They arrived within the time window and got right to work after pointing out which rooms needed to be done. We just moved in so the carpet is nice and clean now and smells fresher. They were able to remove all of the stains in the carpet except for a few permanent ones. So far none have re-appeared and at this point I don't expect them to. They gave a detailed report before leaving explaining the condition, age and quality of all the carpets and how much longer we could expect them to last. We are having them come back in a week to carpet clean the other half of the house.
