+ -1 moreBOB ALSO PROMISED TO REPAIR A BROKEN CHAIR FOR ME, BUT I NEVER SAW THE CHAIR AGAIN. I HAD TO REPEAT ALL INSTRUCTIONS MULTIPLE TIMES, AND THEN HE STILL DIDN''T UNDERSTAND WHAT HE WAS DOING. THIS MAN DOES NOT SEEM TO POSSESS SUFFICIENT INTELLIGENCE TO DO CARPENTRY WORK.
Description of Work: BOB CHAPMAN AGREED IN JANUARY TO BUILD AND INSTALL A BOOKCASE FOR ME AND INSTALL MATCHING MOLDINGS. HE REPEATEDLY LIED ABOUT SHOWING UP TO FINISH THE WORK, MAKING EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE. IN JUNE, THE MOLDINGS ARE STILL NOT UP, EXCEPT FOR A SMALL BIT WHICH DOES NOT MATCH. BOB REFUSES TO DO THE WORK, BUT HE HAS NOT REFUNDED THE MONEY. THE SHELVES ON THE BOOKCASE ARE NOT OF EVEN LENGTH.
