Description of Work: I had the outside of my house done and the two young men were polite. they were late the first day, but worked until it was dark to make up for time. Unfortunately, they left a portion of the contracted space unpainted and I needed to call the office. They returned and finished the work without a hassle.

Description of Work: Scraped and painted all outside trim, an outside door, shutters and caulked around back where dried out. He also had to go get paint because mine hardened last winter

Description of Work: Exterior painting of garage door, gutters and few other small areas and interior one office. The painter they sent was a sub contractor. He was totally unprofessional and downright scary. He showed up the first day and wanted to paint the inside first even though the weather was beautiful and we previously agreed to do the outside when it was nice. He said he had to finish at least one job so he could get paid and get a check at the end of the week and the only job he could finish would be the inside in one day. When I told him no he became very upset and threw his paperwork down. He then composed himself and agreed but he had a this underlying anger throughout the three or so days he was here. He missed a lot of areas which I did not see until the next day. He was supposed to power wash my fence and garage for an agreed upon price and said he had no power washer. He said he would do it with a bucket and brush, I told him I could have done that myself. He said it would be better than a power wash. He ended up taking twice the amount of time they estimated it would with the power wash adding a substantial cost to my bill. He continually promoted his private painting business and trashed Certa Pro saying they have so many complaints etc. I believe it is probably true but very unprofessional of him. When it came time to pay the bill they never took off the down payment of several hundred dollars I paid and I had to argue with him about this. I told him the checks had been cashed and cleared my bank. He wanted me to fill out the evaluation right then and I told him no I would do it later as it would take some time and frankly I wanted to get him out of my house. After he left I went to lock the garage door and found he put the lock on backwards! I completed an evaluation with all of my concerns and there were more than this. I sent it to Certa Pro and never heard back. They are a joke! They obviously don't care about customer service at all once they have their check.

Description of Work: We contacted CertaPro to spray paint our steel sided home. We checked with 4 other painters and were very impressed with the professionalism of the estimator. All questions we had were answered immediately . Jose's paint crew got off to a difficult start with the awful rainy weather we've had but worked efficiently and got the job done. We are so pleased with the great job they did. Jose strived to give us a perfect job and touched up areas with a great deal of professionalism. He wanted us to be happy with the job. We had a very positive experience with CertaPro and would definitely recommend them to others.

Description of Work: The painter did fine work, Certrapro has very poor communication. Didn't start the project as scheduled, I had to call for several days before I received a return call regarding scheduling, never knew when the painter was coming back to finish the work because Certapro never returned phone calls or e-mails. Took two weeks to complete the staining of our fence.
