Carpet Mill Store

We love Carpetmill and have used them for years. Julie was exceptionally helpful with this recent project, from helping pick out the design to seeing the process through to installation. We couldn't be happier with the finished product - exceeded expectations! And our dogs no longer slip on the stairs!

We had a great experience having custom area rugs made at Carpet Mill Store. Our living room rug was made from a Stanton remnant they had in stock and they ordered Dream Weaver for our master bedroom. They have both held up beautifully!

They were very good. I liked that they were very professional. They gave me an estimate and they came in at about that amount of money and they were very nice to work with. I would say that the price would get an A because I shopped around. I would use them again.

We needed to recarpet the finished area of our basement. We had already pulled up the old carpet, pad, and tack strips, which had gotten soaked when our sump pump malfunctioned during a rain storm. Sam spent a lot of time with us in the store showing us carpets at various price levels. We found some possibilities from the carpets that the store had in stock. Once we made our decision, Sam came out the same day to measure, estimate the cost, and schedule installation. Two days later, two installers arrived as scheduled and did a nice job of installing the carpeting and cleaning up when they were done.

Carpet Mill is a great carpet company. Their installers are highly skilled, which I needed because of the "pie-shaped" steps at turns. The installer did an outstanding job in matching patterns on the turns. He came at the promised time and worked very efficiently. The finished product is really beautiful as well as adding safety to the stairs. You may find Carpet Mill Store to come in at a higher estimate but you will not find better quality in product, service, and finished appearance.

Carpet Mill was recommended to me by a builder who swears by the quality and price of their carpets. I was impressed by their selection of very nice carpet. It may be a shock if you are used to Home Depot prices, but this carpet is top of the line. They have wool and textured carpets. I chose a Masland carpet that feels good on the feet in the morning. They also have a whole floor of area rugs. They scheduled installation two days after I purchased the carpet. Installer took longer to install than I was expecting, but he was very competent and showed up when promised. I would recommend Carpet Mill if you are looking for top-of-the-line carpets for a good price. If you are looking for cheap carpet, they may not be the right store.
