Jeff is very efficient. He works really hard to get all stains out of the carpet. He is reliable, on time and professional.

Carpet Masters owner Jeff was able to fit me into his schedule a week from when I called. As usual, Jeff arrives withing a few minutes before or after the time we've agreed on. (If it's ever been longer than that he calls me.) He got right to work hitting the worst spots first. The deodorizer he uses works really well - removing the smell of dog pee without a whiffsleft behind. The carpet, which I had done a quick cleaning of a 6 weeks ago really looked awful before he began. Now it looks new, especially the bedroom carpet - it looks like it was installed yesterday. He always has some good tips for me to use between his deep cleaning, and I really appreciate that! I would never even consider having anyone but Jeff at Carpet Masters clean my carpeting!

Jeff met me at the front door as I went off to work and he came in to clean. Jeff is super personable, courteous and down to earth. He advised us to clean one floor at a time, so we scheduled a 2nd visit the following week. After each visit, Jeff called us to explain some problem areas he had applied pretreatment to and when we could expect the carpet to be dry and move furniture back in place. It's obvious he really knows his job and how to do it right.

Jeff does a wonderful job of cleaning and deodorizing my carpets every time I call him. He works fast and is very thorough. So many times I've thought that with two dogs giving the carpet "stain and dirt tests" I will probably need to replace the carpeting in the living room, dining room and hallway. And every time Jeff is finished cleaning, I think that the carpet looks almost new and I'm relieved! I'm so happy to have found a carpet cleaner I can rely on to schedule a visit a short time after I call and to do an excellent job.

Great job on short notice. Jeff of Carpet Masters had cleaned the entire carpeting of the condo last summer, and we wanted 2/3 of it done again before moving. Jeff responded quickly to a Saturday afternoon phone call and was able accommodate our request to do the job within 3 days. He arrived on time, got right to work, was friendly and talkative the entire time, had no problem adapting to the confines and quirks of the townhome complex, and got the job done quickly and cleanly despite a snowstorm. I appreciated his honesty when he told me one portion (originally scheduled to be cleaned) was still clean and not worth doing again so quickly. And to top things off, the per-room price was lower than it was previously.

Appointment set-up was easy for a time we wanted. Jeff did arrive 20 minutes later than scheduled without calling to inform us, but did apologize once he arrived. He did get to work immediately and worked efficiently to get the job-- 5 small/medium-sized areas on three levels-- done within an hour. (He anticipated 1.5 hr for the job.) He afterwards knowledgably described his methods and the type of carpeting we had (thin olefin) and the cleaner needed. We moved all the furniture prior to the job. Good job and an excellent price.

They're very prompt. They make sure to clean up after themselves when they are done. Before they start the actually cleaning they pre-spot problem areas. I feel like they definitely pay attention to detail. They always have a 10% off coupon in the yellow pages. I feel that their prices are very reasonable.

He does it for a good price. He told me I had cheap carpet, when I was told it was good carpet. He explained why I had wear on two year old carpet. He said if I get a couple more years out of it, I should be lucky. He was good. He was professional in his knowledge of carpet.

I called on Thursday. The phone was answered immediately. I explained my problem with fleas. They said they used a special cleaning solution and could also use the highest setting for heat though they said that they couldn't guarantee that the 190 degree temperature setting would stay that hot as it entered the carpet. I appreciated the honesty. We made an appointment for Tuesday. Jeff, the owner, showed up on time. He was friendly and professional. He steam cleaned my entire upstairs and stairwell--a little more than 1000 sq ft--for $150. I felt comfortable leaving him in the house while I returned to work. When I returned, the carpets looked great. All of the stains had been removed, and I haven't seen a flea yet. My only small complaint is that he used a hand towel from my bathroom to wipe up water. I wish he had used his own towel or asked me for some rags.

My 7 year old carpet is now like new with no noticeable odors, even in the worst areas. The work was done by the owner, who was very knowledgeable and didn't try to push me into more carpet treatment that was necessary. He offered to check back in a week to see if there were any remaining odors and use a special deodorizer on those areas for a reasonable charge. He even recommended some retail products that I could buy on my own to take care of stains and odors if we have more accidents. He was professional, polite and friendly. I was comfortable having him in my home.

I called to schedule the service on Saturday, and the appointment was set for Monday at 1 PM. Jeff, the owner, arrived a bit early, which worked fine for us. As he cleaned the carpets, he explained what he was doing, told us what kind of carpets we had, evaluated the wear patterns, and told us that the carpets have years of life left in them. He volunteered to clean a small area in an additional room for free (that room has office chair mats over much of the surface.) We had asked for pricing that did not cover moving any furniture. He volunteered to move some light tables to get under them. I am stunned at how clean and different the carpets look. (I'm also grateful that he was not at all judgmental about the state things had gotten to. He said he really enjoys cleaning carpets where it makes such a difference.) One small stain in the bedroom can't be removed, but I can easily cover that with a lamp stand. He offered to return for free if other any stains pop up after drying.

The guy that came to clean the carpet seemed to really know what he was doing. I was a bit disappointed that he didn't have special "cleaning" shoes while cleaning the carpet. He wore his not so clean sneakers while cleaning carpets. We had purple crayon all over an expensive piece of furniture and it all came out. Our old cream-colored carpet was greatly improved. We shopped around for prices and they seemed to be the best for what we were looking for.

Jeff does an excellent job on carpet cleaning. He works very hard and seems to be very interested in helping you keep your carpets in top shape. He is timely and very professional.
