About us

We offer residential and commercial office cleaning. This can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. We also provide move-in or move-out, and final construction cleaning. We work with you to come up with a customized plan to suit your busy schedule. The first time we clean, we do a deep clean and charge 25 per hour, per person. We are flexible however, if you prefer to put a limit on our time and dollar amount, we will be happy to oblige. We are a family owned and operated company and we really enjoy what we do. I havent't done any advertising for years, we have enjoyed an abundance of referrals and would love to help out your family!

Carnation did clean the insides of the kitchen cabinets and the lower closet shelves and most of the bathrooms as asked. The rest was terrible - - - there was caked on filth underneath the rims of the toilets - - - there was caked dust/dirt accumulations on top of all the ceiling fans and on the tops of all door and window frames - - - instead of washing the windows, they moved dirt around - - -- in sunlight, the windows are horribly streaked. Do not use this service or, if you do, BE SURE to do a white glove inspection before paying them one cent. Because it was several weeks from the time of the cleaning to the time of our move-in, raised this issues well after the payment was made. The owner had no interest in coming over to the condo and actually seeing what was not done. She refunded $50 of the $400 we paid. DO NOT USE THEM!!
Description of Work: Thorough condominium cleaning prior to moving in. We were charged $400 for a 1580 square foot empty condo.
