Description of Work: Tech came out and did yearly service on furnace. He checked the furnace and didn't have anything much to say. He responded to my questions, but I felt if I hadn't asked any he would not have offered any info on the condition of the furnace.

Description of Work: This was an Angie's Big Deal price for a Furnace Tune Up. Therefore, I checked N/A for "Price", above (as I don't know how I'd grade their regular Tune-Up price without the Deal). Our Furnace is approximately 40 years old. We wanted to have it checked over and this price was affordable. The gentleman arrived right on time and spent a little over an hour which seemed good to me (although of course I don't know anything about a Furnace tune-up, especially being upstairs the whole time :) He made a couple of recommendations that seem sound. He cleaned out piping/valves. We've only used our Heat twice this Fall (and then at about 68 degrees) but so far so good. Gentleman appeared knowledgeable and experienced.

Description of Work: They came for a tune up of our furnace. We bought the house in the fall of 2012 and wanted it checked so we had an idea of how it was running. They cleaned up the furnace and told us how to change the humidifier pad as well.

Description of Work: WE CALLED AND RECEIVED A QUOTE ON THE PHONE AND AGREED ON A DATE. THE CREW WAS 15 MINUTES LATE BUT CALLED AND LET US KNOW. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY, CLEAN AND COURTEOUS. THEY HAD A VERY LARGE AMOUNT OF ''STUFF'' THAT CAME OUT OF OUT DUCTS. WE HAVE NOTICED THAT WE HAVE NOT BEEN AS ALLERGIC SINCE THEY CLEANED OUR DUCTS.

Description of Work: WE HAD DOUG COME TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE FOR GETTING BETTER FLOW TO 2 ROOMS. HE WENT INTO A CRAWL SPACE AND FOUND A DUCT THAT HAD DETACHED. HE PUT IT BACK IN PLACE, NO CHARGE.
