Went well overall.
Description of Work: Punctual, helpful, professional. Was pleased. They did a furance "check-up". Answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. The only improvement they could have made: Good thing I had a furnace filter on hand or they wouldn't have replaced it - they must not stock them in their trucks.

Description of Work: On 9/8/12, I purchased a Big Deal for a preseaton furnace inspection and tune up for the sum of $69. Since I have my furnace serviced yearly, I didn't want to schedule an appointment until 11/14/12, a year since my last service appointment. Burkhardt was very accommodating of my wishes in terms of scheduling an appointment for 11/14/12. They gave me a two hour window, called during that window, and the service man promptly appeared. He was both efficient and pleasant. I am very pleased with my experience with this company.
