Description of Work: Called for a tuneup and concern about a squeel. He not only fixed the squeel with a simple fix of leveling my AC unit but also corrected the hookup which was done incorrectly by another company. He was also helpful with suggestions on cooling my upper level more efficiently. They are my AC/furnace company in the future. Very pleased!!!

Description of Work: Furnace tune up in fall. A/C pending for spring. Very efficient, informative and friendly. We've used them in the past & will use them again. The repairman was running a few minutes late & called to verify this was ok. Anyone in the trades who arrives within 10-15 mins of appointment time (esp if they call) is punctual in my book. We pre-paid for spring A/C tune-up; the company will call us to schedule an appt. Saves me the headache of remembering!
