Description of Work: Had new furnace, A/C and whole house humidifier installed. Happy with the install, happy with the furnace. I had 3 other quotes and Burkhardt wasn't the lowest, but it wasn't the highest either. I chose them because I liked their furnaces and because some of the other places had weird conditions on their service contracts/warranties. Burkhardt seemed to have more straight forward service.

Description of Work: I needed to have routine service done on my heater, prior to the winter. I had made an appointment with someone else, who then didn't show... when I called Burkhardt, they got me an appointment within the week, and the service person showed up on time. | |Kurt did a great job tuning everything up. He even showed me what he did, and explained how different parts of the heater worked. He also pointed out some quirks of my heating vents, which was interesting. | |I'll definitely call Burkhardt first if anything ever goes wrong with my heater, and I'll definitely call them for routine service again next year.
