Description of Work: whole house duct cleaning. It went extremely well. We had it done prior to having our furnace replaced and when the new furnace was installed the installer commented on the clean duct work. The installer stated other customers had duct work cleaned before furnace installation but it was not as clean as ours. The installers were prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. There was followup by the owner and we were very pleased.

Description of Work: This was a special Angies' List deal to service 2 furnaces or a furnace and an air conditioner. The furnace was serviced. Although this 25-year old furnace is still operating properly, they made another appointment to show me what's available in a new furnace. I have that information if I choose to go ahead in the future. They will return in the spring to service the air conditioner and raise the platform. I have no complaints with the service I received. The fellas were very pleasant and informative.

Thorough, explained things well, honest assessment - didn't push for new furnaces (even though furnaces are 30+ years old. Brought them back for an estimate on new furnace & when we're ready, we'll go through Burkhardt.
